TLDR: This is free to a good home if anyone in the Seattle area is interested. I am in Tacoma. Needs a new key, one door, and could use a new bearing for the spinning bottom.

Card Display up for Grabs in PNW
Hey all! I salvaged this earring display from the side of the road with the thought of making it into a card display. It has four sides to it with locking doors. It was all locked without a key when I found it. I tried to remove one of the doors to bring the lock to a locksmith. Unfortunately, the door cracked, but I did get the lock off. The remaining doors are still intact. I was going to get a new key made, replace the broken door with new plexiglass, paint it, and replace the bearing that allows it to spin. Unfortunately the wife asked WTF is that while I was working on it, and said no way.

What a beautiful assortment of cards displayed in the case. I hope it goes to a good home!

This is better/nicer than 99% of displays I've seen collectors use, though seems to take a lot of space, that's a fussy wife!

Haha! We are both pretty particular when it comes to our decor. The display I have going on a bookshelf right now fits better with what we have going, so I’m cool with it.

Hmm. I might take you up on that. Just have to figure out where they heck I would put it.

I'm gonna have to pass on it. I just can't find a good spot for it where it wouldn't look really out of place. Thanks for posting it though.CourtCurator wrote: ↑Fri Jun 09, 2023 9:21 pmJust let me know and it’s all yours.Adamthinks wrote: ↑Fri Jun 09, 2023 4:06 pm Hmm. I might take you up on that.
