A tribute to CBJ

Unread post by Eric Lee »

Just saw this very sad news about CBJ on an FB group. He is one of the moderators on this forum, but from what I could see, he's not been active since late 2025. A great guy, for those who've been on UC long enough to know him.

Really sorry to hear this . One of my friends died 2 years ago of the same issue. Thanks for all the work and time spent here, CBJ.

Jason was one of the first people I interacted with (on facebook) when I first started collecting. He welcomed me into his FB group and shared a lot of links on where I could grow my collection. This news sucks. Cancer sucks, it took my dad in 2016. His knowledge of Bicycle cards was what pushed me to grow my collection.

Jase is a great guy. He likewise reached out to me when I first became involved here, even calling me on the phone out of the blue once, and we had a great conversation.

@Eric, thanks for sharing the news here.

dropping in after a long absence, and happened to see this...

Chocolate Bar is one of the best. I only know him from this forum, and this is the thread that hooked me when I was lurking.
