wasn't a huge fan of unity v1 tbh (I did back it though), and this one is far less appealing with a bunch of artists i've never heard of, and art isn't my favourite

Now that the project is live, I'm disappointed to see there are no standard versions for me to look into. There are only Premium and Ultra versions, the difference being one is gilded. All decks will have holo foil applied to the entire face of the card. I find this to detract from the artwork, personally.

I may still end up getting one to have in my collection.

Yeah, Im passing on this because of the foil. It adds nothing to this deck and detracts from the art like you said.

Foils not always make decks special, as they can ruin whatever printed on the cards.

Congrats to Sinceure for having two cards featured I love seeing folk from our community getting involved in projects.

While I haven't been the biggest fan of either Unity series, Dexter is one of the nicest, and most generous people I've spoken with in the playing card space. Hoping this project does very well for that reason alone.

Thanks! I was pleasantly surprised to see that extra card make the cut. It was a really fun project to be apart of.

My personal faves are the angry punk girl Queen of Spades by Neil Bromfield - and that wistful Queen of Diamonds by the super talented Paula Boźyk / Relentless Venture (how much I’d love to have a deck with courts all in that style).

I am somewhat surprised that I am tempted by this one. I am not a foils person and the 'foils fans' not liking the foil is worrying me.

I dunno, I wasnt going to even look at this deck until I read this thread and saw that they had foiled it, but I completely get the concern, a lot of this art wasnt designed to be used on foiled stock. My bigger issue is having to buy all 3 decks (or at least 1 extra somewhere) to get the gilded decks.
