I seen a year of the horse on auction at SoCal playing cards.

These 2 decks (Snake and Horse) were available as mystery decks at the USPCC 140th Anniversary event. I was lucky enough to get 1 of each! And SoCal must have gotten one as well.

Snake wont be sold ever officially, I got confirmation from USPCC before buying them second hand :P I dont know if its same for Horse

I thought the same for a long time, but it is not true. If you click the top where it says United States of America you can select your country. Don't know why they never told me this all the times I complained about it.
