We're excited to announce Solitaire.io Deck #2 on Kickstarter!

Launch Date: Tuesday May 6th 2025

Theme: Iconic figures from the punk, metal and alternative music scenes.

Augmented Reality: This deck features advanced eXtended Reality features. Point your phone at the 12 court cards to watch different MOSH IDOLS leap out of the cards and perform original music via the magic of Augmented Reality. In addition, if the stretch goal is met we will also create an eXtended Reaility Rythym Game that is tied to the cards You can see ALPHA footage of one of the IDOLS rocking out all over San Francisco below: MOSH IDOLS Augmented Reality ALPHA Footage

The cards: All 54 cards have a unique hand drawn design. We've gone all out on quality with premium german black core card stock, butter finish and powder coated card edges that look fantastic without impacting the handling of the cards. There are 2 deck variations: LOVE and HATE featuring different card styles (I love the black powder coated edges on the hate deck!).

LOVE Edition
The LOVE Edition features a RED card back logo, RED powder coated edges and a WHITE frame on the front of the cards

Roman numerals don't look good or fit imo. The courts all have same base art but with different accessories and it doesn't look good imo. The AR shown in the video looks really amazing. Maybe there was or is too much focus on the AR and not enough on the cards themselves. Joker and Thief on the joker cards is stepping on the toes of the brand that goes by that name.

Re: The Joker/Thief cards. This is a music themed deck and that's a callback to the various references of these 2 story archetypes in music. For instance in "All Along The Watchtower" by Jimi Hendrix or more recently "The Joker and the Thief" by Wolfmother. No toe-stepping intended!

Ah that does make sense! Seems like a great minds think alike moment as we weren't familiar with their brand/were just thinking about the music.

Each of the 4 suits is headed by a different MOSH IDOL. Since they have AR experiences and original music tied to each one rigging 12 seperate MOSHERS would have been a lot. Instead you get 3 increasingly versions of the same MOSH IDOL per suit.

The AR shown in the video looks really amazing.
