I heard this musical was really good. Never saw it but I'll probably catch the movie when it comes out. Regarding the deck, T11 IP decks haven't interested me so far. Their tucks always look good but the court art feels like it could be better (or at least a different art style).

I like the green and gold color scheme. The tuck is also pretty cool, as expected for theory11. I could go either way on the courts. Overall I think they did a good job. I'm partial towards the actors associated with the original Broadway production but the faces used for the deck seem fine (I assume these are tied to the upcoming movie actors).

Unrelated to the deck, but there's been some drama regarding a fan edit of the poster of this upcoming movie. Somewhat entertaining/fascinating.

I actually don't understand the "drama" or controversy. The fan made movie poster was edited to more closely match the original broadway artwork poster.

This gist as I understand it (from a source that was not sympathetic to her) is that looking "into your soul" by looking directly at the camera was an artistic choice and she didnt like that it was changed by hiding most of her face and making her look happier.

When you look for offenses you’re likely to find them.

Funny thing with this story, by making her opinion so public she increased how many people saw the fan poster. If she didn’t mention it I never would have known it existed.

But it also sounds like she received some truly vile comments so maybe her response was really about those ugly comments and the poster was collateral damage.
