Seeing Bicycle churning out new decks and selling them despite not settling customer issues just really grinded my gears and my situation is just in my opinion absurd.
To start, I ordered silver and magenta prototypes a total of 6 on, mainly due to the reason is that I am using a forwarding service and shipping more decks is cost efficient. However my forwarding company decided to relocate and change their warehouse address without notifying me which I only noticed later, thus the package bounced back to their warehouse. I tried to contact numerous times through email and their social media representative (which frankly is a joke as that channel of communication has done 0 help) to arrange for another delivery but did not receive any reply through email at all until a MONTH later. I got fed up and made a facebook post, which a 3rd Bicycle staff saw and said he would try to help. I then got 1 email telling me my decks were in their possession but all magenta decks were damaged and no replacements could be made as they were all sold out. (I have gotten the reply that my decks are with them 3 times from 3 different people, I get the message, I am not dumb, I even figured it out myself after reading the tracking logs.) Now I replied but it has been 7 days and I am on ghost again with regards to email and on facebook messenger, I fear I am going to wait another month again until something happens.
Now what pisses me off the most is that they knew their shipping was straight up trash but did nothing about it to improve until now (Bicycle Mickey Mouse release period?) nor precautionary measures for damages. They took a month to reply me then tell me my decks cannot be replaced but this could have been prevented if they communicated with me earlier. I understand not everyone can get replacements, they are limited, etc. But it is not like I did not try to reach out through different channels. I have seen others getting replacements while I am desperately reaching out sending emails and messages.
The clown of the century belongs to their social media representative, I do not know why you have that role but please pass it someone else. I sent them numerous messages only to be ignored and I know I am being ignored because on multiple occasions, their status becomes online right after I send them a message but they do not open the chat to acknowledge the message has been read. Once is coincidence, twice maybe, but more than that either I am paranoid or it is what I said to be. They even had the gall to reach out to others to offer to help throughout this but I have to ask again about my situation.
I admit though that the shipping problem is my fault and I did apologise when reaching out before asking for another arrangement of delivery.
I have attached a photo to show the time it took for them to reply me through email, in case I am accused of lying or trying to shame Bicycle. I also have proofs of the social media interactions but I do not wish to blur out names so many times so I won't post it. The last email is my hail mary attempt to get my decks, yes it is ridiculous to ask that but, it is not as if this situation is normal.
