I like the hands holding the pups on the ace cards. Backed this one. Appropriately priced too!

Re: Palmistry Playing Cards
DECKS priced fine, but the shipping prices are HORRENDOUS. Twice the price of the tier. No way I'm paying that much.

Re: Palmistry Playing Cards
Customized courts, familiar but tweaked to fit the theme. Fully custom pips and aces; with blinged tuck. Everything done nicely and fits the theme nicely. All at a nice price of $12.
Sad that decks like these at that price point are becoming rare on KS.

Where do you live that the shipping prices are that high? It's only $6 shipping for me.PiazzaDelivery wrote: ↑Sun Oct 02, 2022 9:11 pm DECKS priced fine, but the shipping prices are HORRENDOUS. Twice the price of the tier. No way I'm paying that much.

Re: Palmistry Playing Cards
I am also in Canada but shipping is just about 50% of the two deck pricing. That's pretty standard for Canada given how expensive Canada Post is. We unfortunately suffer expensive shipping with this hobby whether it is US/EU or CA shipping.PiazzaDelivery wrote: ↑Mon Oct 03, 2022 8:44 amEastern Canada. Re: Palmistry Playing Cards
I'm well acquainted with shipping prices in our neck of the woods, but this is next level. I've never seen it so extortionately expensive before. Where are you that you're only paying 50%???

Re: Palmistry Playing Cards
I shouldn't have skipped this one. I'll definitely keep an eye out for these when they hit retail. Aside from the misaligned rose, TWPCC knocked it out of the park with these embossed and foiled tucks.

Re: Palmistry Playing Cards
that is very disappointing. the copper foil is one of the things that drew me to this deck. i wonder if they are going to do anything to rectify this. this is not a slight, easily overlooked misalignment. i hope not all of the white decks are like this. if so, that is a pretty major error that should have been caught and reprinted.

Re: Palmistry Playing Cards
My two white decks have all of the foil aligned correctly on the roses (one on front, two on back).

Re: Palmistry Playing Cards
I reached out to them about a replacement, they wanted the old deck back first?
I've got to say, other companies have just sent me a replacement, no strings attached, with misprints like this
hsbc: Hi there, I received my Palmistry decks and the rose looks wrong on one of the tuck cases - is this normal?
Wonder: Thanks for reaching out. This is very rare to see, probably occurring only one in a thousand times. We would like to send you a free replacement. In regards to the current decks you have received, if you would like to keep this “Rare Piece” instead of returning them back to us, we would love to offer them to you for 50% off. Please send a PayPal payment of 6 USD to our Shipping Partner’s PayPal account below: (ensuring that you select the option so that we receive this amount in USD and not CAD) XXXXXS@gmail.com. Please let us know once you have sent the payment so we can arrange your package!
hsbc: Hello, thanks for the message! Unfortunately I am confused - is the replacement free, or $6.00? I already opened the misprinted deck, as seen in the pictures.
Wonder: I would love to send you a free replacement. For the damaged deck in your hand, there are two options: 1. Ya can return it back to me. 2. Ya can keep it for half of the price, which is 6 dollars.
hsbc: Thank you, but I don't want to go through the hassle of shipping a deck or making a payment - I'll just keep the deck I have I guess. Thanks.
Wonder: Thank you so much for your understanding!

Re: Palmistry Playing Cards
That just comes off as the creator wanting the misprint for himself more than anything. That's unfortunate they wouldn't replace it outright.

Re: Palmistry Playing Cards
Fluke misprint aside, these are fine looking decks. I don't recall why I didn't back, but if I come across an opportunity to pick these up without paying too much, I'll definitely make room in The Collection for these.
