The club is very much worth joining, regardless of the club deck.

For 25 bucks you get 4 physical publications and 12 digital ones each year, plus supporting a great organization & community.

It's super easy to give up buying 1 premium deck a year in exchange for membership. It blows my mind that anyone who is even moderately into cards would hesitate to join.

Yes. The club has a large portion of international members. Our goal is to keep the annual membership fees low so if you live outside America, it won’t cost you any extra money.

We even pay the extra shipping costs when we mail you the quarterly printed Clear The Deck magazine. Yes, we pay even in you live on the opposite side of the globe, like in China or Japan.

They usually don't announce the designer until much closer to the release date. I've been a member ever since Jackson's deck, and I've never been disappointed (although, to be sure, some years hit the proverbial ball further out of the park than others.)

At $55 total for membership and the deck, it's an amazing bargain plus you get membership benefits. Considering the numbered version is selling for more than $150, I wonder how many must be kicking themselves for paying so much when it was announced that a 2nd run will be released.

216 decks still available at the moment. That's why joining forums like this has it's benefits as well!

Well, that can happen from time to time. If it were me and I had paid a premium for one, now would be the time to get a second at the lower price and do some dollar cost averaging - two of those decks ain’t too many.

This deck is a prototype and a production sample at the same time. It was provided to check all the final details of the tuckbox and the cards.

No numbered seal, signature, XVII golden sigil.
