I'm not usually a skull guy but the skull on the black deck is awesome! Overall very well done. NPCC seems to be making more and more decks lately. Hmmm

Really love the design of these, sad to see them going with NPCC though. Comments on their last kickstarter deck praise the design while criticizing the quality.
I’ve been at this a long time. And I’m tired.

The total cost with shipping is more than it should be, but the Obscura deck is just what I seek out, even if it is a little heavy on skulls. Went for a single, if the pricing was better I would have considered the pair. Already well on the way to funding, nice!

Yes, the total costs with shipping is quite high :( and have decided not to pledge for this deck  , though I do like it...I will wait until it comes out and get it in the after market as I have no doubt this will fund ;) .

Funnily enough, the shipping is actually quite reasonable to Australia.

Well, this is the last time I'm supporting this guy if he keeps using NPCC and asking USPCC/LPCC prices.
Prices on NPCC can't be compared with USPCC or LPCC, they are way lower, although this guy is asking $13 USD for one deck without shipping and printed by NPCC?? He's trying to esplore his popularity after the chivalry (I believe is his deck) and Indictus, but if he's going to keep this path, then good luck to him.
His artwork is amaizing, but that alone doesn't justify the price he is asking for a NPCC deck.

PS: I know that people from NPCC are regular guys here, so, this is not to try to put NPCC down, as we all know you're still growing and learning, which is a great thing, and I applause that, the problem here is that this guy is taking advantage of your lower prices and try to make the most profit out of his deck. He could easely pass some savings to his backers.

In all fairness, I'm having extreme difficulty pulling the trigger on USPCC decks that are $13.

As sms69x says above, this isn't a slam on NPCC. The pricing on this project is too high. QED.

I like those coins but wow that pricing on them! And why take up so much space on the campaign for a bunch of 9x each prototypes that are of course already gone. Might back for a 2x of each deck, have reserved as a placeholder.

So the 9x prototypes are prototypes of 9x decks that are on their website? Don’t know what price they went at, but I’m betting it was higher that I would pay.

In for a set, adding on a Volto ($38) and a pair of Nightglow ($22 each) - will keep an eye out for the protos to be dropped if the price is (much) lower than I believe it to be

Not sure its a price issue for him - seems he is very attached to his printer mostly for the tuck boxes and his good communication relationship - I don’t agree with him, but I don’t think its greed

I am in for my usual mixed half brick in the custom half brick box, booklet, and coins. I have no interest in prototypes at that price range. More power to others that are interested. I think there was only one type of prototype available when I backed, and it was $199 (I just checked and none show up on the add-on page, so I assume they are all sold now anyway). I get the issues with NPCC, but that is not going to keep me away from work by Nicolai Aarøe. The shipping for me is about $20 for the half brick, booklet and coins, so that isn't an issue for me either. The coins are something I typically don't purchase, but I really liked these and that added a lot of extra cost to my order.

Is the NPCC still as subpar a printer relative to the regular players as it used to be?

Only thing NPCC has is great registration and fine detail printing... Oh forgot about the boxes, they are also pretty good, still prefer Boschiero and Clover St. Press, but their are as good.
Stock is kinda ok, but finish and cutting are crap, you will only get NPCC decks for the art it has printed on it, if you expect a deck for anything other than play solitaire then you should look somewhere else...

$200 for the 2 red proto, 300 for rest and 400 for white, which is coolest one imo but the price so darn high🤔
