You all know that I refrain from joining the snark brigade, for the most part, and I truly appreciate the constructive feedback that this community can offer. So, it truly pains me to say, after trying to fathom what is going on here: what the hell?

Sometimes I'm thinking they must be testing to see what they can get away with.

As long as people buy them, they'll keep making them. This tells me people are indeed buying them. But they are just not my thing. Just buy a deck of basic bikes and save some money. Is there something here I am just not seeing? Even Fontaines have been mixing it up a bit as of late.

It says something when the Holo NOCs have set the standard for what a holo foil deck should look like when they foiled both back and faces. Or even their Luxury NOC Gold where the metallic ink is on both back, courts and replaces the red suits.

Is it really that hard to follow that? Or is it just pure profit margin now? Put a little of the shiney, just enough to attract all of them fanboyz.

Ok, I get it. It's a brand. But who the hell did buy the first batch and made them establish this brand? That I don't understand. :?

I'm not a cardistry guy but they must handle like a Lambo if they are that popular. They're certainly not lookers to me.

Yeah, this part I will never get. Maybe because: "Oh, my favorite cardist from Dealersgrip now trying to form his own brand. I have to get his decks to be as cool as him". Same as Fontaine, it all starts because of one magic tutorial titled "Fontaine", using the Little Lord Fontlery font, and then the Marbles tutorial where he presents his prototype card. While originally that double Fs are meant as a homage to favorite casino vintage style design, Zack decides to use it for mass profit - just simply change color, create the limited illusion, drop it like feeding the hungry sharks, and that's it - and then gather all of the hype clothing brands to collaborate and create some.

Still don't know about A1 - what's their reason of keep using the same patterns over and over: every new release of A1WW is simply this: what pattern comes next and what color comes next

You want to reclaim your mind and get it out of the hands of the cultural engineers who want to turn you into a half-baked moron consuming all this trash that’s being manufactured out of the bones of a dying world.
