Not sure if buyer reviews for ebay buyers are allowed, but this is my experience with highpsigs on ebay.
I did an auction for the Black Reserve Note on ebay. The only description I put in my ebay auctions is if the deck is new or not, and it's being sold as is. This deck was brand new. The cello is still on, and it was never used. Buyer messaged me 12 times during the auction. He asked one question in all these messages - is the cello ripped anywhere - the rest was about how much he wanted this deck for a long time and how he would try to win it. I told him it's not ripped. I had photos of the deck in the listing of course. He also offered me his email so I could sell him decks privately which was a 1st red flag for me.
Anyway, auction ends, I send out the deck. Buyer receives the deck, tells me he's not happy with it because it's not in mint condition, and he only collects mint decks. He also said the cello is yellowed and has multiple dents in the tuckbox. Nowhere in my auction did I claim it is in mint condition. It's not. The deck is from 2013 and I wasn't the original owner. So I thought ok, maybe there are a few tiny dents in the tuck under the cello. The cello was not yellowed so that was a lie. I told him I could do a $20 refund if it would make him happy. I was already unhappy about this because now it seems like he's trying to hustle me. He messages again and asks for a bigger refund. I thought about it and said ok $38 off (10%) so I don't have to deal with this anymore. He messages back that he would keep it if my partial refund was even bigger than what I offered. At this point I told him to send me the deck back and I provided a full refund. I had to pay return shipping. When I received the deck back from him, I could see the cello is not yellowed, and those "dents" were just the tuck slighly bent at the bottom, probably from manufacturing. Something he could've asked about or seen from the pics.
To recap: buyer probably didn't look carefully at the pictures. Buyer didn't read the description which made no claim about the deck is mint (even though it's in like new condition). Buyer only asked if the cello was torn, which it wasn't. Buyer lied about the cello being yellowed and about multiple dents on the tuck. Buyer asked multiple times for a bigger and bigger refund because the auction probably went higher than he wanted to pay. If you need a quick way to lose 2 weeks and money from offering free return shipping, selling to this guy is a great way to do it. Seller beware.

They are allowed and appreciated.
You want to reclaim your mind and get it out of the hands of the cultural engineers who want to turn you into a half-baked moron consuming all this trash thatβs being manufactured out of the bones of a dying world.
