Just found this one, man this guy has 32 differents configurations!

So basically the equivalent of a chinese restaurant menu -- 32 dishes but all are chicken or beef with either glass noodles or rice...

As someone who has worked as a chef in China, I can respect the subtle differences, HOWEVER....DAMN! 32 configs, $20 each. and no way to bundle. shame too, i think some of them are ind of neat.

I should have more clarified, not like actual Chinese restaurants in China or Chinatowns around the globe but those we have here (in ) that are more what Europeans like to think of Chinese cuisine instead of real Chinese cuisine.

Lol it's all good. I know what you meant, was just being annoying. It's actually a good reference. Westernized chinese food is heavly influenced by Cantonese dishes, as well as (now anyway) Hawaiian (sweet and sour sauces) and Vietnamese (egg drop soup) among others. Egg foo young was invented during the gold rush, crab Rangoon in the 50s, and orange chicken was invented by Panda express.

It occurs to me that I'm rambling and this is not the proper venue for this, but if you are interested more, I have a 3 vol. Chinese cookbook set that is being published early next year by random house.

I looked again this morning, looks like he reduced the numbers of sets. I contacted him to see if he could sell the aces apart instead of having to buy 2 sets, His response was NO, he told me the 4 big and 4 small aces will both be included in the same deck!

That has changed, there's only 6 configurations instead of 32 and bundles are now available

I hope he relaunches. Its a great idea, but poor execution.

What is fascinating is he hasn't canceled the project—it is still active and you can still pledge, but he rewrote the description to just one line.
