I found this deck on ebay. It has the Riffle Shuffle branding on the bottom. but cannot find any more information about it anywhere.

Since it says 2021 my guess would be an unreleased that came in a mystery brick? Idk

Going to keep researching it. I picked one up when the price was still $15, and have reached out to riffle shuffle for more information.

UPDATE: Got a reply from Riffle Shuffle. You are correct Entaro:

I reached out to the artist yesterday to see if he could share any details. I will share them here if he responds. So far, it's a quirky tuck case but no idea what's inside. The artists' IG might give a hint as to the art style, which is a fun style very similar to plenty of recent Riffle Shuffle projects.

No surprises on the art style. It fits in with recent Riffle Shuffle releases and it's a quirky tribute to healthcare workers. I think it could be considered an unofficial COVID deck, considering the release timing. Sorry for the quick photo:
