Sorry I just realised the difference between mini and micro decks after @guru’s clarification.
I second bdawg923 to make mini decks in addition to micro decks. Happy to top up

Sorry I just realised the difference between mini and micro decks after @guru’s clarification.

Thanks for the comment and the suggestion @bdawg923.

Just to confirm as I may have misunderstood l but I wasn't asking for the free gift to be both. I would gladly pledge for multiple mini and micro decks if they were available as add-ons!guru wrote: ↑Sat Aug 22, 2020 8:27 pmThanks for the comment and the suggestion @bdawg923.
I was really looking forward to a very simple campaign with only 1 deck, nothing more. That said, I do understand that having multiple decks increase the wallet size per pledge, and that's the reason a number of designers do it. Even though Bosch deck has taken considerable amount of hours and effort with blood, sweat and tears, I don't want you, the backers, to get in the same rabbit hole here.
I've always rewarded the backers with additional undeclared goodies in the end, and here also I may do the same. Still exploring the option of an upgrade from micro to a mini or even full poker sized, and the backers in the first 48 hours will be getting one of the better deals ever on kickstarter (unlike stickers etc. that you may usually get for free in other kickstarter), I am keeping my options open as only the funding will tell me how much leeway I've got at hand.
@sms69x, @stlbluesnut, @Rousselle - If you read this and look at the campaign progress at present, you might understand why most creators go with multiple decks that sometimes may look like a cashgrab in the end.

Thanks @bdawg923. I didn'y misunderstood too. I know you and others would gladly pledge for such decks.
Thanks @rousselle for the shout. Yes, we did it, the project just got funded. Thanks to you and all others here @ UC who were there from the start itself.rousselle wrote:Looking at the pledge levels for this project, that was why I publicly made the point of bumping up my pledge earlier rather than later to add the uncut, because I want this to not only fund, but go well over the threshold. I want this project to be so successful for you you'll have nothing but good feelings about it.
And, hey, if more people pledging inspires you and allows you to offer more options, I'm in it to win it!
Hey, everybody else! Back this project, already!

Thanks Brad for letting me know.Bradius wrote: ↑Thu Aug 27, 2020 8:55 am I just thought I would let you know Sunish that while I was watching youtube yesterday I got an add for this deck! That was a bit of a surprise. I guess they figured with all of the deck review stuff I watched that I was a target buyer. Unfortunately they were too good at figuring my interest as I had already backed it. Still, a bit scary how well they have me profiled...

I second this. I use duck duck go and brave browser, the latter gives you credits for ads. trying to slowly de-google myself

Likewise. I do see that Bosch's works are used as is in that deck. Wish him good luck.Ice_Panda wrote: ↑Thu Aug 27, 2020 3:28 pm I srsly can't believe this comes out just days after your launch! https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/tr ... ng%20cards

Though it would be an awesome prize, I would forget the phone due to the potential issues you mention, not to mention others like it being confiscated, lost, etc. It's not worth it. Just offer decks, art prints and maybe one of those awesome boxes you are working on.guru wrote: ↑Tue Sep 15, 2020 6:44 am Hey All -
A quick question, I am looking to do a giveaway. Prize will be a few decks, Bosch prototype and an iphone.
My question is this....what is the implication of shipping a mobile.phone from.one country to another. Suppose someone from EU wins the e giveaways, and of I send the package from Australia, how does the VAT/ tax will work , can they be prepaid or will the receiver pay it? How much is the usual cost? I don't want that this package gets stuck in customs, if it is complicated then I will only go with 12 decks + fine art prints etc.
Please advise as I need to set things in motion soon.

Hmm do u have an example of how that would look?guru wrote: ↑Fri Oct 02, 2020 7:49 am The uncut sheet issue is tricky.
https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/su ... ts/2966450
One way to resolve it is to have a very thin white border around each card. It would be a major change to the whole artwork. Any thoughts or suggestions?
Ran a survey with the backers, but there are very few folks who want a refund for the uncut sheet, and I've already processed the refunds. In case, the issue gets resolved, they will get a chance to add an uncut sheet again.
