help downloading photos from android to this board...files generaly too large. i have downloaded decomp from play store....this reduces size but then says file is incompatible. How do you do this from android ?
Any help would be appreciated, thanks

I am not sure if it exists for Android but I am using an app called Image Size that does compress the photos anywhere between 5 and 10 times.

Odd, I upload full resolution pics from my galaxy 8 all the time. I have never gotten a file too large message.

Upload them to imgur and from there you can take a link that displays the pictures instantly on the forum.

Sometimes I will download my photo to canva online photo editor to crop and edit the photo. But then it saves it as a huge png file, so I then load it into a converter site to get it back to jpg, and the load it into a compression program to reduce the file size.
