I'm wondering of someone can offer a little assistance.
I ordered a 2-deck Ephemerid playing card set from a designer known as Mr. Cup. He specializes in antique typography and releases nice antique style playing cards.
I noticed my order isn't processing, and I worry that he travels a lot and won't get my order processed for a while. I understand he is a small operation and doesn't respond as fast as I'd like. But I want to know others experiences with this, if any.
He has a Mr Cup shop where he sells all sorts of things, from books, playing cards and other items. There's no email address or a way to contact him. His shop only has a contact button, where you send messages directly on the website.
I just want to know how to proceed. I paid via Paypal, but I have to wait until July to file a dispute! I don't wanna wait that long.

I thought you have until July to dispute, not wait until July to start a dispute? You can still contact Paypal for help if your order isn't being fulfilled.
Looking to buy (DM me if selling please!):

You're correct! I read that wrong. I have UNTIL July to file a complaint.

I've bought from him in the past and never had a problem.
Also, his Contact page has an email address at the top along with Instagram, Twitter/X, and Facebook links. If he doesn't respond to email and you use one or more of those platforms, try messaging there.
ETA: I googled Mr Cup to find his site, which is separate from the Shop, but the latter has the same Facebook/Twitter/Instagram links at the bottom.

Thanks! I will try that next if he doesn't respond. His shop does state that they're not like Amazon, and orders might take time to process, and that he travels.
That's OK for a short wait, but if my order isn't processed within a few weeks, I might have to contact Paypal.

I've always had a good experience with him. I have a bunch of his decks and back his calendar every year. Never had an issue with getting stuff. The latest calendar arrived a couple weeks ago, so he's still active. Communication might take a bit more time than normal. the last time I emailed him it took a week or so for a response.

Well...I was forced to contact Paypal for a refund. I tried unsuccessfully for a week now, contacting Mr Cup via his website and the email contact page you guys provided. Thank you all for the assistance!!
So hopefully everything is OK with him personally, since some of you ordered from him in the past with no issues.
Now I need to find a card dealer here in the US who carries basic Ephemerid decks for a decent price. Anyone have suggestions?
I did use the Find Cards website, but there are not many online stores that showed up there for me.

Ebay is probably your best bet.
Which specific editions are you looking for? This series might be a bit tricky to get a handle on. I know the original two decks (White Standard and Black Limited) had at least two editions, and there were several other versions released across three subsequent Kickstarter campaigns.
Here is Mr. Cup's Kickstarter profile.

LOL only a week, although I'm not exactly a patient person either - I am thinking that you cannot be a Lotrek patron
KoD - my initials, no wonder I grew up a lover of playing cards
