These arent playing cards but playing card adjacent. Deck Hand Games are starting a new line of card games that are 18-card games that you use in conjunction with any standard deck of playing cards. The idea is combining classic card play with modern board game mechanics. They currently have a Kickstarter going on for their first two games in the line:
