I did wonder whether he knew I had him blocked - do people you block, know that/who blocks them?

I mod a large community on Reddit and let me tell ya.....the amount of vile, offensive, vulgar, and childish messages I get to deal with is embarrassing. Much love to the mods here - it can be entertaining and exhausting sometimes

That sounds bad but it is only one side of it. Did he just message you that out of the blue? Were you having a heated discussion before that? Did you PM him anything? I am not looking to make excuses for him. Everyone knows that people do things for a reason and I'm trying to figure out if something triggered that or if the reason is that his head isn't screwed on properly.

It was indeed a PM out of the blue in response to his Odds & Ends post, not a two way argument that blew up.

Indeed - the only way I was able to see the message in question was that it was reported by the member receiving the PM, which grants the rights in the system.

We like allowing posters to express their opinions, especially in regards to playing card rather freely. We even have a thunderdome with a bit more latitude for those that dare enter and post.

However, this crossed the line and stomped way on the other side.

I understand that u ban people for that but I want to know the whole story is all.

admin was also involved. we in this case = everyone that is tasked with enforcing “no personal attacks”, and none of us had trouble determining what happened here.

I think I see the issue here - the quote in the screenshot - the quote goes back, and to the left… back, and to the left…
