Do P52 Take Payment for Placement?

The reason I ask this question is that every now and then I will hit explore just to browse what comes up
As we know the P52 db has thousands and thousands of decks
So how is it that when I do a random explore, every 50 or so cards I see Room One's Plague Doctor?

It may be prioritizing recently inputted decks to a certain degree, within the entire pool of decks. I doubt there's a conspiracy.

We never contacted P52 in that way but we're glad to see the Plague Doctor popping up everywhere! I think it's likely because many people have been uploading photos of the deck once they received it, as we were still in the process of fulfilling the project orders that time
