Yup, no surprise…
Hers and Nicolai’s works, along with Roman Kotiv and that guy who did origami box, all goes to NPCC

with all the decks coming out and knowing that TWI has another one Sunday this is probably going to end up being one I have to pass on...Even though I couldn't draw something 10% as good as those courts.
Its just not my usual collection theme.

yep. yep. yep. a definite buy!
i had to look at pricing three times though. you get both decks in the pair for $27? helluva great price! however, it just makes marianne look bipolar, lol. when decks are on isolated thunderstorm, they are the exact opposite side of the pricing spectrum.

Eyep, the original circus decks she's offering are $44....each which is down from the like $60 on the web site normally. Was about $26 originally for the set.
I do wonder where they keep coming from this is at least the third time she's sold the "only 200" gilded version of the London deck apparently.

The post campaign pricing is what keeps me away from Isolated Thunderstorm. Feels very punitive.

Yah. They have all the rights to price their art how they see fit but I don't like being pushed.

so not FOMO but actually PFMO?
Punishment for missing out?

Indeed, FOMO requires selling out, PFMO has no such desire
MOOMO, missing out on missing out, is nice - ignorance is bliss after all
none of these should be confused with Shlømo:

Unfortunately that is the case for her decks, so with Nicolai Aroe's...
Especially for the Circus deck, which won 52+J Diamond Award 2021 - that it just jacked up price even more - it's kinda give me that "prideful" sense
Jokes on you guys for missing out my Circus deck campaign. The decks won 52+J 2021 Diamond Award, so if you wanna get them - pay four times fold from KS price >:)

I was slow to back this. In the end, I was really tempted to go for the deluxe half brick, but then decided to just go "what the fudge" and went for...

My package arrived today. I am really happy with the brick box. Marianne is a great artist. NPCC might not be my favorite for the cards themselves, but they do a good job with the boxes. At this point, there aren't that many options for custom playing cards, esp. in Europe.

There are many Chinese options that other European card creators are using. NPCC cards look good and of course, as you say, stock and finish quality are on the lower end. They are cheap to print with, so it is a good option for some of the sellers and buyers.

The registration on the coa's is off. Jokes aside, pretty cool. Hundreds of dollars worth of cool, not for me but still cool beans.

Damn. Since they aren't my cup of tea either, I never payed close attention to the campaign so, not too surprising I didn't know that there are that many variants. Great pictures indeed @Paul. Thanks for sharing.
