Hilarious deck - in a positive way. Overall a bit of a mix and mesh designwise for me. Price is nice for fully custom and USPCC premium stock.

Glad you like it! It was definitely a fun one to make. The clash of styles was, to a certain degree, intentional. Part of what we wanted to go for was a really fancy and elegant deck that at first glance you would assume to be the same as many others. Then, upon closer examination, ends up being a light-hearted and fun change of pace. Everything from the foxes dealing 3 card Monty on the Jokers, to the rabbits on the tuck missing their lucky feet, is a nod to not having the best of luck.

I have to say that I never tire of skeletons/skulls on card decks. These look quite nice for sure. Lots of neat little goings-on throughout the courts. Certainly not what I would have expected from what was on the tuck, in a good way. Adds to the playfulness. Well done.

This is a great card back. I really like it. The elements work really well with the up the river down the river icon over the pattern. Something about it makes me wonder if they considered making this a marked deck a first. Good theme on the deck too, something everyone can relate to. I like that.
I do like the everywhere on this, cause it's going everywhere. Mishaps and generally crappy days showing on all those wretched little skull folks. My pal here is the JoD, I know how he feels. Reached down to pick up fallen hook in the barn one crappily hot afternoon, wasn't paying attention to what I was doing due to crappily hot afternoon, damn near came up with a handful of rattler. That got the blood flowing. Pretty sure I made that exact face too.

JoD, I see you buddy!
I'll need to snag me a few of this and check them out in hand. A lot of fun, I like fun.

Awesome name. Decks great too but I’m really jealous of that name.

Thank you. Found out at one point there is another “Tough Luck” deck out there already. We decided the style and theme was so vastly different than the other that we would just stick with it.

Totally different deck. Yours is superior. The other one had color bleeding issues.

Just a heads up. There are still a few of this foil version available. After they’re gone this particular pre-release foil combo won’t be available again. Full release will offer different foil variants along with some other goodies

So diffraction foil, wether it fits the theme or not, is the (not so) new hot commodity therefore:
Ironically the fully blinged out version of this deck, with a foil that breaks light, is called Shadow Edition.

Those look great, and I'm in, but Shadow Edition as a name just does not make sense to me. Why shadow if they are so bright? Maybe the cards are black?

It’s because the cards/courts were changed to black and gray

Really scraping the bottom of the barrel for things to complain about with decks eh?

There is a difference between observation and complaint.
I already posted my throughout positive verdict for the overall design of this nice deck prior; scraping the bottom of the barrel indeed was what's left to do

.
Would be nice to see some card picks. The name with negative/black cards absolutely makes sense then.
I'm still concvinced that a different foil would suit the overall package of tuck, cards and name way better but I'm certainly not complaining about you or respective Doc pleasing the crowd here or - if you like it

- going with what matches your personal taste/vision the best.

The Shadow Edition is now available. I was going to purchase some but the cost is too high for me, $16 for the regular deck, $42 for either of the gilded decks. I was still going to get some of the regular decks but the shipping for two decks put it at over $20 per deck. The website is currently unusable for me as it is not responsive, maybe a lot of people ordering is taxing their server.

Are the Shadow Edition cards white and black on the back, or silver and black? If there's any metallic bling on the cards themselves, I'm all in.
The standard editions are absolutely awesome.

There were 100 holo-gilded and 100 black-gilded, but they were all gone in about 30 minutes.

Thanks! Can’t seem to keep up with everything these days. Off to eBay I suppose.
