I received a cryptic "Thank you" email earlier today from Brad Christian. That, plus a text message stating I could "still email support about outstanding orders", the recent sales, and now the fact the site is down.
Is this the end of Ellusionist?
Edit: They have all but vanished from social media. The only recent thing I can find is "an important announcement" on youtube scheduled for 11/2 at 12:00pm Eastern:.

Based upon very little information, I'd nonetheless be surprised if E is calling it a day. I suppose it's possible that Brad might be selling his stake in the company to other parties (or retiring, or whatever you want to call it), but they've always been shrewd business people and I'd be surprised if their business was somehow no longer tenable.
But, again, I haven't been paying attention. Maybe their rents went too high and their talent pool fled to other markets. I dunno. I guess we'll find out in a few days.

I agree, E aint done. This is going to be something interesting and probably be a new site lay out with some flashy shnazz on it and a set of new decks to get it done. It's been a few years since that hugely successful prohibition set. Maybe something like that? We'll see.

Just watched their "video" b/c I just had to see how awful it was. Well.....it was awful. A ton of words just to say they are going back to what magic used to be...blah blah blah. Oh and you can get a free deck if you spend over $10 (or $5, depending upon which communication is correct).
I looked over their deck offerings to see if I could even spend $10 and there is not one deck that interested me. Oh well, I guess I get to keep my money for today.

They've damaged their reputation so badly that I don't think I could ever make my money back on the few "rare" decks I own, if I ever wanted to sell them.
