There're few decks with a black backgroud that I like. Fable is the only one I can think off from the top of my head right now. This one is too dark for me.

I could point out right away that that index readability is going to suffer BIG TIME in a fan, just like Elite's Bicycle Gold deck. Also, AoH and AoC are both missing the suit indices.

A deck about flowers, specifically poisonous flowers (presumably to, at least in part, get better at identifying them), in black and white? That makes zero sense to me.
That KoD is also upside-down, i.e. the top part is upside-down and vice versa, which is the opposite of the conventional way.

I like the plants but not the black for the cards.

You did better than me, I'm not 100% sure what the KoD even is. A seal crawling out of a belladonna shrub?
Also agree that I expect a floral deck to be, well, florid. If the deck is based on specific plants, like poisonous flowers, they should be identified at least somewhere.
