You'd think this was common sense but apparently not. I've mentioned before that I sold 24 decks recently and packaged them nice and tight in a cut-down cardboard box; when my brother got to the post office he decided to save me Β£5 postage by ripping the box open and putting 12 decks each in two padded envelopes with no extra protection. The buyer was understandably annoyed and disappointed and I ended up refunding him Β£90. I didn't get a picture of this, but I was delivered a completely empty bubble mailer a few weeks ago. The top was completely ripped off, and I guess the deck fell out. God bless the carrier, he still delivered me that empty package.
