[ISO] Hard to find Decks

Hi All,

I recently read an article in latest issue of Card Culture, from 52 Plus Joker written by Bob Huebel in which he says, "We’re really all just borrowing these decks until it’s time to pass them onto the next collector." I can appreciate that.
If any of you are ready to pass any of the deck below on to the next collector, I would like to hear from you.

Here is a list of decks that I've been searching for that I would like to include in my collection.

1. Heretic Lux Gran Riserva (Lorenzo Gaggiotti/Stockholm 17)
2. Split Spades Bicycle White Promo (David Blaine)
3. Split Spades Bicycle Red Promo (David Blaine)
4. Bohemia Blue Gilded Edition (UUSI)
5. Tally-Ho Maeda Black w/ Platinum Frame
6. Monarch Red (Thin gold pull tab on the cello and the bottom of the tuck has TXI logo with block letters (not script)) (Theory 11)

I know the Red Monarch is not a rare deck, but most Monarchs on eBay use stock photos and it's proven hard to find this specific version.

PM me if you are interested in selling.

Decks found and removed from the list:
Federal 52 Legacy Edition (Jackson Robinson) Gave up trying to find a duplicate. Instead started to sell the duplicates I have.....
Monarchs (Pre-Release) (Theory 11): Found Thanks Jason!
Observers, unsigned (David Blaine): Found Thanks Bill
Titanic Deluxe w/ Third Class Seal (Tomlinson): Found Thanks eBay Seller
Federal 52 Uncut (Jackson Robinson) Found: Thanks Samwisethegray

Cherry Casino V1 Limited Edition (Pure Imagination Projects) Found: Thanks eBay Seller

I think my post might have been a little confusing to others. The Monarchs deck I'm looking for is the Black and Gold version. To be honest, I'm not sure they are even real. I have not seen a real Monarchs Gold deck for sale. A couple of years ago, on two separate occasions, I purchased two decks from different sellers that claimed their decks to be Black and Gold Monarchs, but it turned out that they where to more ordinary Blue and Gold. I think some people get the two confused because the blue is so dark on them. In both cases I was fortunate and the sellers accepted the returns and refunded my money.

According to Portfolio 52 the Monarchs Gold is the most limited deck ever released by Theory11, with less than 1 gross being sold. But I'm beginning to believe they are a myth.

There is no Black & Gold Monarch. the Original Gold are on Blue back, but the problem is gold ink not quite right. can point out with the up-side-down barcode at bottom

There are no gold ink-on-black Monarchs. The original Monarchs are gold-on-deep blue. The Gold Monarchs, however, are gold MetalLuxe on black.

I can't believe you returned 2 separate original Monarchs...

You know I can't say for sure that I did not do just that. I have learned a lot in the past couple of years and a lot more more being a member here. At least what I tell myself now is the Monarchs got returned because when I bought them they were listed as "Black and Gold Monarchs". Both sellers apologized a accepted the returns saying that they thought the tuck case was black not dark blue. So I'm not 100% sure they were the original ones I'm searching for or not.

As it is, I'm still on the hunt for them, if anyone has a deck to part with....

Also, I'm adding a couple more decks to my list of wants now that I have a line on two that was on the list.

Ooooooooooh! They weren't open decks? I ask, because all blue Monarchs (4 print runs if I'm not mistaken) have the same exact tuck case. The first 2 print runs have a standard-shaped seal, and the last 2 print runs have a tax stamp-shaped seal. I thought you bought open decks and verified that the cards were actually gold-on-blue. Even open decks only hit eBay/open market every few years (last one I knew about was listed for $350 in 2016 and I didn't pull the trigger - wasn't relisted).

Either way, there are no black tuck Monarchs (yet).

This is incorrect

The most limited and sought after is the Eleven Madison Monarchs released as a limited deck in line with the restaurant during one of their events

Hey, I tried sending you a PM, must not have gone through, private messaging seems to be an ongoing problem for me here.

I messaged to say someone was selling number 6/7 federal 52 Legacy on eBay. It’s since been sold though
