Came across this today while checking out stuff from the opening of SDCC. From what I gather it'll be available later this year. No idea on who makes the cards or what not, but here's an article and some pics.

People at SDCC were able to play a hand of blackjack, everyone received a holographic joker for playing, those that won received a special dealer coin.
