Seems more likely a failure to launch than selling out that fast - but I’m sure if they did sell out that skymember will post an update with the good news…
Anyone know someone at Murphy’s?

It's sold out at Murphy's Magic, who supplies most of the retailers. But they will make more. They were pretty clear on that in the description I posted earlier. I figure they will just keep releasing small batches, making them seem limited even though they will keep making or already have made them and are just holding back. Let's see where this goes. I have a strong feeling that I already know.

Strange that they have been quiet after quickly selling out of the latest decks. No, "Yay we sold out of our decks so we can get some of our pledges out now." ? Have any decks actually been produced besides these ones and the deluxe ones?

There is a brief IG story from them saying that the Rescue Edition is real and they quickly sold out from Murphys. Just Wow…
And these are screenshots take from their Telegram channel:

Some potential good news for anyone who backed this campaign, this is a post from their telegram group.
“Dear valued backers,
I hope this message finds you well. I am Alan, the manager of TOPCC Company, and I wanted to reach out to provide you with an update regarding Skymember Presents Company’s Project Origin.
TOPCC Company is in process acquiring Skymember Presents Company, and our legal team is working closely with the Skymember Presents Company to ensure a smooth and seamless transition. This acquisition is part of TOPCC's commitment to providing high-quality products and services to our customers, and we are eager to bring our expertise and allocated resources to Skymember Presents Company.
In the meantime, Skymember Presents Company has temporarily halted all operations, including fulfillment of orders, as our lawyers work with the Skymember Presents Company to calculate their assets and finalize the acquisition process.
Please be assured that the acquisition will result in a new company taking over Skymember Presents Company and all of its assets. Not to worry, the new company will be responsible for fulfilling all outstanding orders and reprinting any damaged or lost products.
Once the acquisition is complete, The new company will post an official update on Kickstarter to keep you informed and updated. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.“

Not trying to pick at old wounds, I somehow landed here while looking at my unfulfilled campaign topics. But now I'm curious, did this new acquisition company put out an update and resolve the issues?

Judging by the comments on the Kickstarter, it never got resolved. No update from them on the Kickstarter page either.

I had messaged back and forth a bit at the time - it seemed like they had a pretty unlikely to succeed plan and matching desires to attempt to keep the ship from hitting the rocks. It would have been, and seemingly was not, a miracle if the investments they were depending on worked out.
