I used this the email subject which Kickstarter automatically sent out
"got it! Your survey response has been submitted"

There is also another saying Yes!………

He answered me he will be starting refunds next week. Looks like two speeds process!

Hope he does refund everyone. As per his statement he has not used those funds and will be returning every penny back in full to each backer.
Sometimes it happens and its not just with people doing their first project. We have lost around $1500+ by trusting a creator who already fulfilled 6 projects but deleted his account on the Meridian deck and never responded.
There needs to be some accountability aspect within kickstarter as they are offering this service and paying to the creators after collecting all the pledges.

I lost like $100 to the same creator but on King of Kings. Was supposed to refund but never did.

Do you mean Noel Quiles or TPX and Concept Graphics are the same?
Probably you are right because he had the same "modus operandi" in this project, in king of kings and in bicycle meridian projects.

No they are not the same.

Can confirm - just received my refund as well

I also received my full refund via PayPal and I'm an international backer, if that might reassure some.

I assume my credit card will get a refund at some point. I thought you could not use Paypal on KS. How is he sending money back through Paypal?

Refund requested today at 9:30 am GMT and received at 23:00 pm GMT.

I also received a $61 refund to my PayPal account. I can eat the the PayPal fee. The creator made good by me.

I took a screenshot of my Kickstarter pledge details, included email and PayPal information along with PayPal, Kickstarter email addresses and refunded in less than 20 minutes.

From 1st contact to full refund took about 6 hours for me. Sad these decks can't be printed but at least (minus the KS profile deletion) the creator was upfront.

Was he upfront because someone caught him before he totally disappeared ? Why delete your account if you are being upfront? In any case yes it is nice for once to get the refund and not the shaft

I agree, the deletion of the KS account was bad but compared to other defunct projects this one was handled much better. 6 hours for a refund is better than the almost lawsuits Army Men and Mana Sybl went through. I feel bad for backers not on this website but I selfishly appreciate the quick response time. Even though I'm not most sad that these nice looking cards won't see the light of day. Maybe the project can be sold to someone else?

@vasta41 its not sold to someone else.. Don't worry let me fix everything, i might do this project very soon just need you guys to support me Thanks .

So you have to understand our point of view. We have seen many fraudulent projects over the last 4 years with a few creators that have completely disappeared from the face of the planet. Our first instinct when someone delete his account is yeah we just got jipped. I don't know why you deleted your account and I guess at this point it is moot but the community does appreciate the rapid refunds. And yes I did get my refund only a few hours after sending the email, so I have to say thank you very much. Your decks looked pretty amazing and it is too bad it had to come to this

I received my refund.

I seen on Kickstarter that Noel Quiles died years ago. I did a Google search and did see something about someone with that same name being deceased. I had a $8 EB pledge for Bicycle Meridian, even on the last update was a mention of him being hospitalized.


For this project, I also received my refund.

I re-sent my information from a different e-mail account, since he seemed to be responding to everyone else so quickly and I hadn't received anything yet, and it turned out that did the trick. He responded with a refund to my paypal account very quickly. I posted likewise on the comments section on the Kickstarter project page.

Its a shame these didn't fund. When they deleted their KS account and word got out these won't be produced, I thought to myself, Uh-oh, I hope this doesn't turn into an Erik Mana situation where we have to get to the brink of filing a lawsuit. I didn't want to do that rodeo again. But it looks like Conceptgrafix is proactively and quickly processing refunds, so no worries about this being a scam. I also received my refund right away. Hopefully they will have sufficient funds to be able to fully refund all the backers. If this deck comes up on KS again, I won't have any concerns backing it again.
