I tried to order this but during checkout, it stated it cannot ship to my address which is in the US. This is odd as I was able to order a couple of the Noire decks at the same time and there was no issue for those decks.

That's correct, they're product pictures from Elettra's site. They do a lovely job of showcasing how beautiful the deck looks.

I count 10 cards with unique backs, plus the 2 jokers. The rest are the black with the burst pattern.
