I did get a tracking number. it was mbe a week after that they actually shipped. My tracking number arrived on may 7 from "Umbra Playing Cards <
tracking@shipstation.com> " Would reccomend using/linking the Shop app from Shopify to track orders. I didnt realize mine had been sent till it showed up in the app.

I did get a tracking number as well like a week before they arrived (yesterday) maybe reach out via Kickstarter and ask

Hey Browns!
Yours is coming! I’m working on the packages now. All signed decks are being done by me personally. I had to wait for Gambler’s to send me all the items to fulfill everything.
There were some single signed gilded Noirs I sent out as a test run of BackerKits fulfillment system. I should be finished this coming week.

Got the decks today in Scotland, realized I got #2 of 1450 of the Noir Gilded deck
That's like the lowest number of all my collecting history!
The back design of this series is hands down going into the Top 5 back designs of all time for me

Nice job! I know this might make me look pretty stupid to let go of the low numbers. Well, I'm not that dumb, I did keep 1-12 of the Gilded Noirs
There might be someone out there with a #1 Noir.

Costumer service issue, but I think I need to post this here.
Unfortunately, due to an error my KS reward was returned before I was able to collect it from the post office. I’ve contacted Jody and we have arranged that it will be re-shipped to Poland and I will cover the extra cost.
According to the tracking, the cards are back in the US since July. I’ve tried contacting Jody via Kickstarter and direct e-mail on blackinkbranded and got no response. It’s been months after I’ve sent my messages. Can anyone advise how to reach the creator?
