No there is no way to do that. The reason is the price of the Exquisite (white) deck will be a higher price. I will have to make a whole new tier. There will be an early bird version for a 4x4x4 or you can chose your combo during the BackerKit.

I wish there was a tier for a combination of both standard decks and gilded decks. I have to chose a gilded pair and then add standard decks at the Add On pricing as opposed as the better pricing through EB. Or, I get the standard decks at a cheaper price and forego any of the gilded decks.

It would be nice to get the gilded pair and then 6 standard decks for $78 versus $84 or 12 standard decks for $130 versus $156.

photos of the new deck were posted in the first update on Kickstarter. Keep in mind these are renders. The actual cards haven't been printed, so you have to use your mind a bit based on other cold foil decks as well.

I'm confused, so the deck is being printed with metaluxxe? I didn't know that they could apply that kind of foiling around the edges of the cards.

Thanks for the special EB pricing on the new deck. I was kind of hoping to just switch out four of the red/blue decks with the new deck to make a 4/4/4 mixed brick, but no big deal. This works okay as well, and the price break is nice.

Yeah I also did ask the question on the update if a special price for 4 decks could be listed so that we could only have to buy 4... Jody you can pull that one out can't you?

Me too. Maybe they improved their Metalluxe.

So you might be right. I will have to check with that.

Cold foil is more precise. I am not sure about MetalLuxe over printing in careful alignment. EPCC I think did it with Entertainer (actually cold and hot foil according to Lotrek). I would suggest Cartamundi or EPCC for this edition. That said, I will be the first to cheer if USPCC can pull it off.

Me neither, but I heard that they had to made the borders for the Metalluxe Gold Split Spades thicker to apply Metalluxe. And I didn't see one deck with metalluxe where the foiling goes right until the edge of the card.

I'm thinking this might not be because of physical limitations of the Metalluxe technology, rather just USPCC taking their usual precautions regarding border thickness.
