The "Artist Proof" Edition is just an overrun Limited Edition. No gilding. However, the seal on the Artist proof is hand signed.

The artists proof is not gilded. It's exactly the same as the Premium Subscriber version (without gilding), except it is not one of the numbered decks.

The official premium subscriber decks will say "No. XX of 350" on them instead of Artists Proof. If I recall correctly, the Artists Proofs are usually not sealed. I could be wrong about that. I think these have been signed in the past, too? I can look all this up later to verify.

In both cases, it's $35 per deck, plus shipping.

The "Standard" (as opposed to "Premium") versions have a less bling-ed out tuck, and run for $12 ea (IIRC), and are not numbered or otherwise given a special label.

The Artist Proof is not gilded. It is basically the same custom tuck as the regular subscription decks. The display decks last year were just in a plain white or windowed tuck. This year they have been upgraded, but still much more plain than the subsciption tucks. The Artist Proof decks are not individually numbered, but are signed by Jackson Robinson. They are really limited, so if you like that aspect, they are a nice addition. I picked up a couple myself because I really like this design and tuck. I wouldn't mind getting a gilded Artist Proof if he has one. Jackson is killing me worse than Lotrek lately, and that is saying something.

Of the 37 offerred to subscribers, there are 21 still available as of writing this. They will not stay around too much longer so if you want one, best make your purchase quickly.

Basically what rousselle said. I am a slow typist and somehow my response got wiped before I could submit, so I had to type it again. :ugthink:

Man... you peps really jump in quick to answer, and that's awesome!! Thanks Jackson, Rouselle, Brad for the prompt knowledge.

@Brad
So what you mean is that the Artist Proof is now online and selling out quick?! I have no clue, no subscription but I'm interested. Especially interested if the tuck is just like what Jackson posted a few replies back

Send help plz  ...

You just put in a high number, then it will give you an error and you can see how many are left. On some sites or times where there is no limit, that can backfire and you end up with a thousand dollar or more order!

Still three Artist Proof decks left.

Hey I know this is not Equinox II related but I just bought Equinox I on Ebay ($60!) and I wanted to know if it originally came with the plastic wrap, or was it an unwrapped deck with the tuck seal only? Either way I feel I snagged it for a very fair price. Thanks.

Unwrapped with a seal. A whole set of the 2018 decks (#16) just sold on eBay today for just $143.50. I just missed the high bid. Whoever got it, got a really good deal.

Congrats on picking up the Equinox I. I think $60 is a good price. I sure wouldn't sell mine for $60. Although for $600 I would be seriously tempted. I guess everyone has a point where they just hand over the deck(s).

Well, I have two Equinox I Artist Proofs. If someone pried my original Equinox I deck from me, I would learn to imagine (or try to convince myself) it was one of the subscription decks ...Nah, that will not work. Better hang onto it. The hoard continues to pile up.

There's a KWP sale going on mid march, right? When the other Pi decks go on sale? Or, did I misunderstand something?

I want to put it on my calendar so I don't miss it.

I do ship in batches. I should have all the March subscription orders that DO NOT include a gilded deck out by now (if not a few stragglers tomorrow) I receive the Gilded Equinox II decks on Wednesday. My small team will most likely assemble the gilded decks on Thursday and Friday and if all goes well we will ship the remaining subscription orders that following week.

Pi gilded decks are on sale to the subs holders now - judging by the pics, the gilded edition may be limited to 100 decks.

badpete,

I have not, either. Did you have gilded deck sub as well? Also, did you have anything added on like the gilded tigers? I am assuming mine haven't shipped yet because JR is waiting on those from the gilding supplier.

Nope just the sub deck

The tracking shows that it went to Jacksonville and that it is late. Not quite sure why it would go the opposite of where I live in the Northwest from Texas
