I've been following this thread for a little while and I must admit that I don't know how much I should be paying now either.
Not sure if this helps anyone but thought I would let you all know what's been happening at my end.
(P.S. - If I'm being overcharged please let me know

)
I have been a Oath Patreon since the beginning (Oct 2020) and for the 1st and 2nd Year I paid in USD for the Manic tier @ $64.
As you can see below I was charged a total of $76.80 each month after VAT was added - This varied between £55.91-£68.80 GBP which I presume was due to the fluctuating interest rate.
This Year (Oath's 3rd Year of Patreon) I actually cancelled my membership but then decided to rejoin.
I opted for the Manic Tier once again but this time paying in GBP.
Since then my monthly payment has been consistent at £61.80 GBP pm after VAT.
As others have stated the amount shown on my billing history and the price shown on the membership page do not match.
According to the billing history it's £51.50pm + VAT (which is what I am paying by the looks of it) whereas the membership page shows £55pm.

i am not a lotrek patreon. all these changing numbers, could this be a case of currency conversion fluctuation? perhaps lotrek has the price set in whatever the greek currency is and everyone is seeing the price, and being charged, in their home converted currency? just a thought.

I wonder if that's why Lorenzo decided to switch to USD for his 2023 payments. There was an incentive doing so to save patrons and himself money.

Anyone in Aus signed up to Lotrek's Patreon?
My Gold Tier is $38.00 AUD, but I am paying ~$70 AUD
How are people going about changing their pledge manually whilst having the confidence it will still meet the minimum threshold for the tier?

In my case, it is still showing up as the correct tier and for the same amount as stated for the tier, so it should be okay. Am I sure? No. But, if I didn't do that, I am fairly certain I would have overpaid again in February. Since I am paying the correct amount, I can't see why there would be an issue. Given the system was broken for me and I have not been able to get much help from either Lotrek or Patreon, it kind of was on me to sort this out. Thanks again to bdawg for pushing this issue. I am glad it is only impacting some of us. Why some folks and not others? I haven't a clue anymore. I am sure going to be paying a lot more attention to my monthly Patreon payment from now on though.

So that number listed "38", which is listed in the tier selection doesn't seem accurate as we are now seeing it displayed in multiple currencies. 38AUD ≠ 38USD ≠ 38CAD etc.
Hblaizek, when you mention paying 70AUD, google tells me that's about $49.50, which is close to the $48.50 I pay. I confirmed with a local collector friend of mine who paid annually for Golden that his averages out to $48.50 as well before tax. This means that the cost for Golden seems to be around that mark + tax. If the numbers on the tier selection are manually entered for display but are not an automatic process that corresponds to the amount being charged, we are being led to believe the cost of the tiers are less than they actually are, which is highly bizarre. Perhaps there's a currency conversion issue.
Those of you who have manually adjusted your pledge, please let us know if you're still kept in the tier the next month, because I myself am too anxious about doing so for fear of being dropped down a tier.
For the record, this is all speculation until I hear back from Patreon and/or Lotrek.

In my case, I didn’t manually enter anything in. I just went to the tiers page and selected Goleden Patron and confirmed. Then it said my monthly cost would be $39.50+tax. That is what I was charged this month, and I am still in the Golden Patron tier according to the app. After hearing what everyone else here has said, it seems that I am now paying less then the amount I actually should be, which is honestly more worrisome to me than overpaying. I definitely don’t want to miss out on my rewards all because of this confusion. Honestly, I didn’t even think it would really charge me the $39.50 when I reselected my tier because it was still displaying $54 in some places.
I sent Lotrek a message yesterday laying out everything I know about this issue. I don’t know if he will read it though. I REALLY hope this gets resolved soon, as it could end up being a disaster for someone. I’m afraid that someone might be me, or even worse Lotrek and thus all of us.

This is what I did as well. in my case, I guess was paying to correct amount, but the current rate posted on the tier made me think otherwise. I guess I could override it to make it $48 again, but I may wait to see if Lotrek or Patreon weighs in first

Kevork, truthfully I deemed $38 AUD to be cheap (relative to the commentary on this thread), so I do believe the '$38' to be erroneous.
Thank you for giving me some comfort that I am paying a similar amount to you (and others). Let's see what next month brings, and we can pivot from there if need be.
Here's hoping this hasn't impacted too many people unfavourably!

Lotrek made a Patreon update earlier today (which he does on Sundays). He addressed the issue of us being overcharged.
For Redemption Stories II, it's going to be a Oath Standard Silver Players deck for free for the original Patreon members. 350 decks available. Tomorrow or whenever, he'll mention how many will be extras for people to get.

OVERCHARGED PATRONS ISSUE
I'm getting complains about Patreon overcharging some Patrons. It appears that in addition to the VAT Patreon is charging, they apply a big commission for currency conversion. Therefore, it's advised that if you are outside Europe, you may need to adjust your pledge and switch your payment to your country's currency. This way Patreon won't charge the currency conversion fee.
I have nothing to do with that and had no idea about it until I saw many people asking about that.
We have messaged Patreon about that and expect their reply.

After hearing what Lotrek said about the pricing issue, it appears to me that Patreon has NEVER updated the exchange rate for Oath PCC Patrons beyond the moment anyone signed up. Furthermore, it appears that when anyone new signs up, or when existing members make any changes, they have been charging the initial cost at the time of inception at the initial exchange rate, and then assessing the current rate and any fees on top of that. It appears we have all been getting significantly overcharged by Patreon. Everyone needs to reselect their current tier now and demand the overcharges be rectified.

Is this supposed to be the year 2 deck? Is it just me or it looks kinda standard like no foil. Or maybe this is a standard version of the Patreon rewards?

It seems to be the unfoiled version. This will either be a standard version available to the public or what will be placed in a Redemption tuck. Based on what Lotrek has stated, we know Redemption decks are variations of existing or upcoming decks, meant to be unfoiled (the only exception being Vol. I, which were the Silk Red test prints). Only time will tell.

Yep, that's almost definitely the case. Check the Patreon, there are plenty of Golden Rule back renders that look a million times more regal than the picture above.

An update from Patreon:
Hi there,
Thanks for contacting Patreon Support. I am happy to help!
Looking at your account, it looks like you
may have made a custom pledge, meaning you chose the $39 tier but set their contribution to $48.50.
If you go to:
https://www.patreon.com/join/oathplayin ... kout?edit=
Then:
Select the annual subscription without proceeding
switch back to monthly.
The tier price should update back to what you expect.
Should you need refund on this, you can reach out to the creator.
Cheers,
It's quite bizarre that so many of us somehow completed a "custom pledge" with a similar amount. I will follow up with Patreon to see if changing the pledge amount changes the Patreon backer number and how so many of us could have been affected in a similar fashion. I will keep you all updated.

The person that fielded my request for help also said it appeared like so had made a custom pledge (same as your $48.50, and then $54), but she realized that is not what happened. That response is from a CSR who does not want to do their job.

Last time I did. The shipment came from Deallez, but maybe Oath are doing the shipping themselves this time.

Hi guys,
I haven't received any redemption decks yet, even though I was first and second year patreon. I'm no patreon anymore this year.
Did anyone who isn't a patreon this year receive their redemption decks?
Tried contacting Lotrek but haven't got a response yet.

This has become quite confusing. If I am not mistaken, I saw somewhere (I think the Patreon comments) that Redemption is for 1st and 2nd year Patrons that are
currently members. All 1st years will still get the special gift Silk edition, however (which is different from the Redemption editions).
Edit: I found the comment. It was in his last Patreon post it is indeed "All ACTIVE Patrons who are still expecting delayed rewards from years 1 and 2."

That's correct. I keep in touch with a collector who is no longer an active patron and he received the following from Lotrek:
Lotrek wrote:Hi ....., the Redemption decks are sent to people who are still active Patrons and haven't received their rewards yet. I have promised 1 redemption deck for every month of delay. That's why you don't get notifications...
I am expecting to ship the first year's rewards in March and the second year's in May.
I know we should take Lotrek's timelines with a grain of salt, but if this is even remotely close, Lotrek should be caught up with his promised decks by mid this year. Expect to see at least 6-7 Redemption decks during this process.
