Or can it be added on to an existing pledge?
I'm currently working that out. I'm hoping my approval for the add-on BETA comes through before we are ready to go down that road. Lotrek just finished up the jokers and he's working on the inner graphics, brick box and the dynastinae tuck in that order so we might not see it until a week before the campaign closes. At least that's what I hope. Otherwise we may be asking for folks to pledge in the blind for it... not unheard of with Lotrek. If anyone knows him he can be... well let's say patience is a virture. ;) Still it'll be worth the wait!
Hey mate RE: the add-on beta I applied before ONDA and heard nothing. I've now applied way in advance for the next project and have been accepted.

I get the impression it's only for non-live campaigns.

That said it looks good, if a work in progress. You can create separate add-ons that act as additional rewards and functions just like standard rewards.
Tempest was accepted. In fact I already rolled out the add-on feature with the uncut sheets. Although I confess the feature is limited. I wanted the ability to designate which tiers have access to which add-ons. For instance if I only want the premium tier to have access to an add-on I didn't get that option and it was disappointing.

Here's the tier description:

The ultimate show of support! Pledging this limited tier will guarantee at least one of each of the most unique and rare decks available throughout the campaign as they unlock; the as yet unrevealed the limited Treasure Edition, Limited Dynastinae Edition & More! It will Include at LEAST fifteen Tale of the Tempest decks total, plus undisclosed extras and more!

Note there is no mention of the uncut sheet. Only undisclosed extras which will be a metal card in antique gold finish. It's heavy a 3D sculpted. AND a 15 card gaff pack with packaging. The 'and more' includes small items like stickers. Unfortunately it is cost prohibitive to include uncut sheets since those are especially pricey to ship.
Are there plans for the gaff pack to be made available for other tiers? It was one of my favorite inclusions in the Parlour campaign!
Yes. Gaff packs will be available.

And premium backers here expect the same, perhaps?
But Gio also doesn't include uncut sheets in his premium tiers. ;)
Additionally the difference is Gio decks are not limited to 200 or 777 for that matter. Nor do they feature the treatement in materials and tecniques that Lotrek's decks will feature. As I've mentioned before, if any one feels like the premium tier pledge amount is not commensurate with it's value i COMPLETELY understand. You are free to swith into another tier and simply add-on the items you want as they become available. That's a perfectly reasonable stance. In the end, in exchange for early commitment we wanted to offer collectors a chance to own all of the limited items in a stress free manner while providing a small discount on top of that peace of mind.

EDIT: Using the Sins Reborn campaign as an example... his most expensive deck is roughly 60eu. This deck features foil and gilding as our Treasured Deck does at a $45 price point. That would not come close to covering the cost of some of the limited custom decks we are producing on this go round.

I totally understand your situation as a project creator. I was just expecting too much for the words "at least". You still have my great support on this amazing campaign.

Are the Treasure Edtiion and Dynastinae Edition decks part of that 15? Or is that 15 more like a brick plus 3 regular decks(Ocean, Dusk, Midnight)?

As I’ve stated multiple times the brick comes with 4 dusk/4 ocean/4 midnight. The three additional decks are the treasured, the Dynastinae and the sixth deck previously called the bottle edition. It has a new name. Prism edition.

The height map for the back of the 3d metal card. Finish will be antique gold. Still a WIP. The language barrier with manufacturer has made this a challenge. But I’m confident we will get a great finished product. I’m hurrying to try and get it cast before the campaign ends.

For the extras in the Premium Tier, is it only for them or will they be available separate for others to buy? I want the six decks but any other cool things, I'll take them too. It's nice to have a metal card just because.

Metal card will be available as an addon. $40. Waiting for a finished sample to open it up to adding.

You are right Kingfisherzero, it is very Wizard of Oz. I do hope it stays in those colors. My only suggestion would be to make the rays of the "lighthouse" more of a sunset color.

After a lot of consideration, because these are SO limited --only 97 left-- they will unfortunately only be available in new Premium slots I'm opening. These new slots will NOT have the discount enjoyed by the previous Premium Tier backers. It will be a higher price. $470. Within that price the price of these decks comes out to $135 ea. They will feature multiple foils and have prismatic foil back design with luxurious navy blue premium stock. The tuck case is a two part design with debossing AND embossing, prismatic foil and teal foil with a hand stamped wax TGW seal. Hand numbered and signed by lotrek. Two power aces including a hot foil stamped Ace of Hearts. ONLY 200 printed.

Here's a breakdown of the new Complete Tempest Prismatic Tier:
1 Brick *4 Ocean/4 Dusk/4 Midnight $140
1 Treasured Edition (ltd out of 1000) $45
1 Dynastinae Edition (ltd out of 777) $95
1 Prism Edition (ltd out of 200) $135
1 Metal AoH Card $40
1 Gaff pack $15

The other news is the Dynastinae will be pretty gorgeous too. And more readily available in several tiers. It will feature gorgeous hot stamp gold and green foil and also a 2part tuck case with debossing and embossing. Hand signed and numbered by Lotrek.

Unfortunately Hsbc we have to reward those backers who provide the most funding even though Everyone's pledge is important of course! It would be unfair of me to not allow someone who is spending over $400 a chance at owning one of these. If there are unsold copies I will figure out a way to offer a lottery among backers to be able to buy them.

Unfortunately
pretty sad its gonna run ppl $470 for cards plus shipping

have to remember; not everything Lotrek creates sells at a higher premium on the after market so good luck with that for the ppl looking to flip

omar/lotrek, u both should really be ashamed of yourselves as greed has obviously gotten the best of u

guess lotrek is trying to make up for a year lost

Hi Anzh,

I’m sorry you feel that way. If greed were the issue we would create 2500 of them and obviously make more money. We wanted to reward our biggest supporters—people who’s contribution not only gets them 15 decks and extras but allows me—a person who devotes basically 100% of my free time to providing free high quality content to others—the opportunity to continue to do that. I’ve gone on record as saying that if it wasn’t for the Parlour I would have never been able to continue producing content for youtube. And maybe folks don’t care to watch that content and are only here to get a Lotrek deck. In which case $475 isn’t the cost of one deck. It’s the cost of a brick and three limited decks. The $135 price tag for a deck on the level of crypt is not exactly unprecedented.

Regarding flippers. Thats precisely why we are putting this deck in a bundled tier only. Because we want true and real fans of the deck to get them. Not someone looking for an easy flip. Additionally with 97 left unaccounted for how do you really think things would go if opened to general public? It would be a bloodbath with no guarantee for anyone who really wanted it.

One more thought. Selling the standard decks is what allows for us to offer the stretch goal decks. If it wasn’t for the regular decks selling well we would never have been able to offer the limited ones. So then what does it do for the campaign if people only buy the limited ones? If getting a brick of high quality decks for $140 in a custom brick box with an additional gilded foil deck and another Lotrek limited addition is somehow a greedy money grab then frankly I don’t know what to tell you.
