Nice until you realize that everyone gets a bit of sticker shock now, not just the international folks. "$15 for 2 decks, Awesome! Oh wait, plus $5 for shipping. Yay, normal prices for decks!" Yes, it's way less than what our foreign buddies shell out, but it sucks having to see the cost tacked on at the end.

That's odd. Coz I have $10 shipping for the mixed half brick I pledged for. Total of $44 is pretty decent.

Yea they're great! I moved my pledge to the 2 uncuts + 2 decks. What a great deal. I'll add on a brick or two later unless Alysha is kind enough to toss up a 2 uncuts + 2 bricks pledge. :P om nom nom

Actually $23 for 2 decks shipped to Canada is a lot better than the usual $30-35 for 2 decks shipped to Canada and certainly better than Jackson Robinsons $28 for 1 deck shipped!

I love the brightly colored deck, it makes me smile. Even with shipping tacked on, this is still a very reasonably priced campaign. Fun design and USPCC quality with no bogus "limited" editions, this is how custom playing card campaigns should be run. I don't think I'm ever going to support a 1000 deck limit, $20.00+ per deck campaign when there are more reasonable, quality alternate options like the Ultimate Universe decks.

Looks like a trophy you'd get for stump breaking cows at a rodeo.

I have to agree, that is a pretty ugly box. They should get rid of the corner embellishments and the star rivets. As is, it looks like a poorly bedazzled craft project. It would look better with just the raw wood and the leather fastener.

Made a suggestion on the KS msg system about the box. I think this wooden box is suited very well for an old west style deck of cards, not so much for the UU decks. I do love hand crafted items, don't get me wrong. Just flavor and theme wise I don't think it fits the UU decks. :|

Just cancelled my ~$80 pledge that was likely going to end up around $100 in the end. GW never bothered to respond in the "Run" thread about some rather poor business practices (they cancelled someones purchase with a note that the item was out of stock and then re-listed it for double the price) so I've decided this is a company I do not want to do business with or back.

So far the stretch goals have been pretty uninteresting. I'm not even excited for the acrylic puzzle.

I've liked the stretch goals myself, and I'm pretty interested to see what the acrylic puzzle turns out to be. I'm always down for fun. Fun is my favorite. :D

Strag I had no idea about the comments in the Run thread until you posted this. I am going to do my best to make sure that the issue is handled.

Yashi- We wanted this project to be different that your typical "Oh look a coin! Oh look 5 more decks with slight changes!" KS project

This is why we are doing the acrylic puzzle and the signature box sets.

What sort of stretch goals would you like to see here? We are always open to ideas.

@Strag: Let me tell you that this time frame of the year is so busy for us that we are staying long hours at work just to catch up on all the order fulfillment because the orders have mutiplies 3 to 4 times the average.
We usually are pretty interactive on these forums and always ackowledge feebacks from this community but at this time our customer orders are our no.1 priority as we want to deliver them right on time so we cannot go through each thread and respond. If anyone has an issue he can email me directly at sales@gamblerswarehouse.com
Regarding the issue with the bankroll decks the guy did not buy from us directly and bought it from one of our fulfillment customer who drop ships occasionly. Since our price was raised on playingcards.net so we could not offer dropshipping at our previous price and notified this to the seller. If Hikeeba has some issues he has to email playingcarddeals seller directly or raise an issue with ebay or give negative feedback to that seller why are we being blamed for that?
Just because we do fulfillment etc for a company does not mean we are responsible for everything...

Well, as I mentioned in the Run thread, GW has built up a pretty good reputation on our boards and it would've been surprising if you pulled such a shady move like that, especially over an amount less than $50. Since you have multiple accounts, and the names and listings were similar, its only natural for us to wonder if it was one of your eBay listings.

Since you've cleared it up for us that playingcarddeals is NOT owned by GW, you're in the clear and your rep remains untarnished. :)

Getting back on topic, that wooden box is not attractive, nor does it fit the theme of the UU deck in any way. Having said that, storage for decks in the form of wood boxes or custom brick boxes is always a welcome stretch goal and I would encourage you to include some sort of wooden box as a stretch goal, just not the one you have now.
