That definitely seems to be their M.O.
Ellusionist goes for the tier-ed big-ass orders, TBC goes for the tier-ed orders up to $350/400 and T11 has been $50/$75 (I think last year was $75) with the bonus deck.
Guessing they're looking at you buying a brick of Medallions + to get one.....

It really sucks they need to resort to this kind of shyt to sell decks. I miss the golden age when businesses begged you to purchase stuff, now they are just greedy basterds trying to squeeze every cent out of you.

I like it, looks sharp, but if they go deep I'll wait and pick one up on eBay. Not on my must-have list for Black Friday. Medallions are, so maybe that will factor in.

Jaqks & Medallions were up a little before the stated 11 EST. Got my order in for 1/2 a brick of the Jaqks and a pair of Medallions. Got my Black Friday shopping all done, I am a happy camper!

Deleted the email, but at the bottom of the email they give you a coupon code "BLACKFRIDAY" for 15% off the entire order. This code only works for 12 hours only beginning at 11AM ET.

Kinda disappointed, I placed my order before the emails went out with the "blackfriday" promo-code. Oh well, only works out to a few bucks.

For me, it still shows the discount on-screen, but when you put it in the cart the price goes back to $6.95 per deck. It's should be $70.89, but it always changes that to $83.40

Of course, we are getting 15% right now, but it should be 15% off $70.89 for a brick price of $60.26.

The original JAQK is gorgeous, such color and life to it along with lovely design and some custom features. It's been on the top shelf of my own collection since I got it. Taking that away and making it solid black sucks all the life out of it and it looks like almost every other black and white deck. It's not *bad* per se, but not inspiring like the original.

I'm a purist and minimalist when it comes to color in playing card design. That's why I like the look of the Deco cards (thanks Paul!). I also like intricate black and white designs too like T11 Rebels. I actually like the Black Jaqk decks way better than the red and blue.

I don't know. I wondered the same thing. Does anyone know the quantities for the Jaqk decks? I tried adding 10,000 decks to the shopping cart and it let me. I assume they didn't set a limit on the cart. Probably means they have 5,000+.

T11 says both the other Jaqk decks sold out in 72 hours. Can't imagine a 10,000 print run could sell out that fast. Let's hope it's 5k or less. As a collector, anything over 1000-2500 decks is a negative.

Btw...the Blue Jaqk were $4.95 and the red was $5.95. Cheap doesn't necessarily mean high print runs. ...Only if it's Ellusionist!

I posted last night that I read on their FB page the edition would be 1k decks. I just went over and looked for their post and it went poof! I remember the copy block very well referencing 1,000 decks.

Glad I'm not the only one who saw it, Hikeeba. I did a Bing search and couldn't find anything, the copy that accompanied a photo is nowhere to be found on their FB page. Find it strange it would all of a sudden disappear, also strange that the deck hasn't sold out given the black Legends 1k limited edition went in an hour and a half and this one just keeps churning.
