So, am I correct in that these new versions are not yet available? I want to make sure I don't miss them.

Mine just came in today. Just so everyone knows, the tuck box is just a tiny bit larger than standard. It will not fit in a standard DS1 Carat Sleeve, but it will fit inside an XL Titan Carat Sleeve (which are 1mm larger than standard).
we are currently trying to find the right tuck box press company in the USA to work with us, seems hard to get a good one. any suggestions?

Clove St. Press does superb work and does tuck boxes for Kinfgswildproject and Art of Play so, a lot of quality and expertise there (which won't come cheap though I assume).
•
studioonfire just snagged this years UC Deck if the Year award for best tuck box for their work on Theory11's 007 deck.
• Gamblers Warehouse does a lot of tucks, too but they kinda dropped the ball on Jody Eklund's Luminosity and TWI's Modern Idols imo. I'm not aware if these two are examples for their overall quality or if they are just bad apples amongst otherwise great tuck boxes
I hope that helps. Looking forward to the second edition. I love what I see so far.
