I've completely given up on owning any of the Prism editions, but I'm certainly continuing my regular Dynastinae collection :D

If the figures are true then the current average pledge is ~$230!

And congratulations on funding so quickly, Omar!

You can still get it, just might be a minor f5 war when he posts them (150) The prisms are NOT locked behind a tier, only the prototype deck is.

Also Omar, I just noticed, and I know this was talked about the "holo foil faces" still says 800% goal in its own section.

I'm out of the hunt because they are just too pricey for me :ugthink:

I’m feeling the same - too many expensive old decks for me to buy at this point to be spending big bucks on a modern one - not to mention saving a few dollars for retirement so I can be sure I have fresh raisins in my old age (a meager desire, but I figure that will be whats left after I finish my collection of Karls and Elaines…)

Im in for the Completionist tier. This series and TotT are my favorite thus far, so decided to go all in save for a prototype.

200% goal UNLOCKED. The Brick Box is now available for add-on and as a reward tier.

I too am trying to cut back as retirement looms for me as well. I am in for the series, excluding the Prism decks. I am fine with that. I am going to pass on bricks as well. I do like the story and design. In my earlier days, I would be all over this. I might pick up an extra cold foiled deck to open. I am still on the fence for the Dynastinae deck. It is sweet, but also really pricy.

It does pain me not to be in on these - same for corrupted - both just gorgeous.

Another one I will doubtlessly try to trade for in the future

What's the best/most cost-effective way to get 2 of everything? 2 accounts?

In for a Cobalt, Prestige and Dynastinae. First time backing a Dynastinae deck, but I love this deck series and I couldn't resist. Good luck Omar, I hope this does as well as you hope, you certainly deserve it.

Hi, probably... although if you wait until the prisms/legacy unlock you could add everything as add-ons. Although the savings are best with the completionist.

We can do that? I figured trying to bypass the 1 limit add-ons with a 2nd account would result in an order cancellation

if I did the math correctly having 2 accounts would save you about $3 assuming every deck unlocks

$564

1 completionist @ $345 + an extra dynastinate, prism, gold, and marked is $567 and you would have 3X extra red/blue/black

(post above mine raises a good point though, is there going to be a limit on prisms per account?)

I'm not looking to complete, just want dupes of certain ones... and yeah, there's already a limit of 1 Dynastinae and he said prism will also be limited to 1 with the opportunity for more if there's enough for everyone

Edit: This is strictly about add-ons btw, for those getting completionist/proto tiers, you can get x2 with add-ons.

So, after hating the Successor campaign and finally having prism not tier locked, I went for the proto tier. The options are: I liked so much the way Omar came forward and owned everything with grace or the cards are so beautiful I couldn’t restrain myself or I’m completely unreliable with my own priorities.

Look, if you are going to the trouble of opening two accounts... you are working for your extra copy. Ultimately, nor I or anyone else is checking backers to make sure the same address isn't being used. Additionally, who's to say two people living under the same roof aren't backing?

I did say the completionist was the best VALUE! Even though its techinically the cheapest way to get the decks.

Sure but that depends on how much you personally value extras or your willingness to play the long game with resale. To me the value of a pledge level is either to get 1 copy of every deck or to get the desirable deck that has gotten "gate kept" behind a pledge level. For Beetleback the only deck that could apply to would be the prototype.

personally Im sitting on a box of extra TWI incubo decks I got as part of buying Giovannis "monster" pack to get past rare decks and considering no one wants them they have $0 value right now and are just taking up space. (I hate selling things anyway)

Its the same with the brick here, absolutely very beautiful and cool cards, that past the first extra deck for each at best to keep one unopened, I have no use for therefore they have -->TO ME<---no value. At least with the TWI decks the cheapest way to get 1X of everything I wanted WAS to buy the biggest thing and accept I was getting nearly an entire brick I didn't want included at the same price. It would be like you putting the successor box on a pledge level at $200 that also had the beetle back brick included. (not suggesting you should do so :) )

As of current stats on the campaign 100 people think I'm wrong and thats fine, we don't have to agree on everything and I made peace with this outcome when I first saw the campaign page last week.. Im happy with where I am in the campaign, and I'll get my prism deck when the time comes(and maybe the others...we'll see...it's been an expensive month). Would I like a protype? and would I be sitting a 1X every deck pledge if there was one? yep but Im not going to get upset about it.

Sure thing. Important to note that the Completionist also gets a $11 coin included, and MAY get another 1 or 2 gifts depending.

Kickstarter does not limit anyone to just one account. I actually have four accounts. Although, I am not sure it is necessary unless you want two package deals. In which case, go for it. I remember going for two big sets with Lorenzo's House of the Rising Spade. Something I will never regret.

Bradius had unlocked the hidden tier: Castle of the Rising Spade.

I opted for the 4 deck tier. Evilgamer worded my logic better than I could've regarding why I didn't go for the completionist or prototype tiers. There's an aqua prototype out there that would've matched beautifully with my aqua Successor prototype, but I couldn't justify it this time around. I'm sure those in the upper tiers will be more than happy with what they're getting.

I'm in for the Prestige deck, reasonable shipping rate of $8.

It's pushing to 500% now..

I really wanted to love them but I only like the beetle 'bust' as shown on the tuck of Dynastinae or the Ace of Hearts - I find his head too small on the full length gentleman. I like the standard faces best as I am not as enamoured by gold as most seem to be (more of a B&W guy)
