It is hard to take foiled card's photos. In natural lighting, this deck is so white and clean. I like silver foil!

I hope we'll finish soon and all backers get their rewards.

p.s. remember - I use dark grey metallic inks for Red/White Tiki courts plus Silver PANTONE 10077 for WT back. So there are two metallic inks on the White Tiki back. Red color is the same for all three decks.

With all new White Tiki, with updated pips, with updated AoS, with Jokers ... I had to update backs of all boxes. They are in production now at Gamblers Warehouse.

The cold foil version is one that you must open. Yeah, gobsmacked is a good word to use in this case. A drool pan is also a good precaution to take before opening this deck. I can’t wait for the full deck.

Thank you for the opportunity to get in on these before they hit the secondary market, Alex. I'm not sure why I completely missed this campaign but I am in for a Black & White combo. The sample card images are just incredible, so I look forward to wowing my friends in the near future.

Anyone who is hesitant to pre-order, keep in mind shipping (in the US) was only $5.50 - just bananas. What a great deal! July can't come soon enough....

It was hard to set the same prices for US/NZ/INT buyers vs. Kickstarter (shopping soft limitation). So I found a solution - you pay for the shipping of one deck when you buy a set (Black + Red or White). That's why it's $5.5 for the USA.When you buy a set + one standard deck (3 total), you pay for the shipping of two decks, etc. It's still 10-15% on top of KS prices.

Backers made 60 upgrades after a survey! I am not sure about aftermarket as I printed 489 Black decks and only 14 backers ordered more than two. Non-KS backers can order Black Tiki thanks to Cartamundi as they produced 89 more decks than I ordered. Otherwise, we were sold out.

p.s. it's a pleasant surprise for me that backers ordered more Red than White decks (+7%) !!!

So USPCC printed nearly 1,500 Red Tiki decks when only 1,000 were ordered - can someone explain to me how this happens? Did the machines run faster than expected? Did more decks than expected pass quality control? From a layperson's view it makes no sense

I am imagining one of the warehouse workers distracting the press operator by showing the latest TGW video while Montenzi's decks are running on the presses...oops. Just bill Montenzi. [MURRAY]

I am thinking about paying for 1100 and destroying the remaining 357 decks.

I think that Red Tiki was easier to print as we use two colors only: one metallic Pantone and one regular.
But we use three Pantone colors for White Tiki, two of them metallic. More Pantone colors = more printing errors. They use trapping https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trap_(printing), but errors happen as it's harder to print in Pantone.

For Black Tiki we decided to print without trapping (I don't want to explain why) I cannot find a single error on decks I have here in NZ.

I don't know how I missed this campaign...

Understand that the Vlack Tikis are a small run with Cartamundi cold foil. Don't quibble about the price and buy at least one each. You will thank me when you open them.

I just saw my girlfriend buy over $300 worth of lizards, so that's my cue to buy cards. Tried purchasing one of everything from Montezi's site, but ran into some shipping problems (US) for the version 1 red/whites.

V1 Tiki are only available in NZ so you can't combine them with other decks. I replied to your request by email.

Also, I will ask to destroy 357 Red Tiki decks and will pay for 1100 only. I don't need that many decks in stock.

p.s. Black Tiki are more expensive to produce vs NEO:Wave Ultra. I don't like hype, but after HT fulfillment I'll rise prices or will stop offering them on my site
One of the reason to have BT in your collection - the Red Warriors project. I'll use White Tiki courts ... and Black Tiki Jokers for a back design to print a limited edition (300-500 decks) with foil.
My plan - to keep at least two Black Tiki bricks for this project. So all Black Tiki decks listed on my site are the last available now.

I'm confused; you have Black + White and Black + Red decks listed on your site, but I thought there was only Black Ultra. Am I missing something?

Edit: Nevermind. If I'd actually bothered to follow the links I'd see that it's referring to two decks each.

Tim, I can't offer just one Black Tiki deck as KS backers had to order Red + Black or White + Black. The same conditions for everyone.

Lol, I think I did the same thing Timmargh did. I already ordered the Black+White and the Black+Red from the site...didn't realize the price was for the two decks. I thought Black+Red was just decribing the one deck, like "hey, this one is both black and red!"
