Almost at $30k and not a single Ultraviolet deck is sold. I can taste the Holographic Tucks now

Also, a nice touch for the display cases would be to add at least one extra card from the deck so folks can see a sample card. You know, for those that don't want to open the decks in that beautiful set. Just a thought.

Honestly, what is the problem? Didn't everyone got a refund for them? The need for standard tucks came to them unexpected and they weren't able to produce them in that campaign. They apologized, sent refunds and now that they are prepeared for producing standard tucks, they offer them.

Why on earth are you angry about the cancelling of the standard tucks in the last campaign? Sure you didn't get them - and it cost you nothing.

I got "screwed" by the last campaign and have no qualms with VXD. Their technology, involvement on this site, and willingness to improve their products and campaign tell their customers all that they need to know.

I was a "traditional tuck" backer for the Vertex deck, and sure I was very disappointed that I couldn't get the Vertex Deck, but I'm willing to let that go and back this new deck. Honestly, you shouldn't be so mad if you got a refund. I suggested setting up a Paypal or something for those who wanted to pay the difference to get a metal tuck vertex deck so we could at least get some kind of Vertex deck but I guess it couldn't be done. Really wanted that Vertex Deck It was beautiful.

This is some great technology and I can't wait to see who you decide to work with next, if you do decide to create another one.

I'm all out of options with those. That was a slight boo-boo on my part.

My hands are tied since the tiers got pledged for and due to me filling the entire 499 that will ever be made into those early tiers.

Actually, $47 includes shipping, so it is a better deal than the Gold deck. I am leaning now to a Classic + Gold combo tier and a Gold Metal + Ultraviolet Metal tier. Maybe add-on an Ultraviolet deck. That comes to $309! Or $262 without the Ultraviolet add-on. Just to put that in context folks I bought a Stars and Stripes Combo with case for $350 a few months ago. So, these prices are much lower than that, and better art (thanks Lance).

I recall others with limited tiers reducing the number of decks offered in one tier and then making them available in other limited options, keeping the total number of decks at the same amount. This allowed them to manage the campaign to the tier options people wanted. However, I have not managed a Kickstarter campaign, so I can't explain how this is done. I just know other creators have done this.

Oh man, I want all the add on, shoot that will put me in the $400 range. I need to think this hard!! Lol

Thank you all for your compliments on the art. We went back and forth over several options for the tuck and finally landed on the one that just felt right.

I'm so honored that you all have turned out in force to support this project. It's really makes the decision to do one of my next decks as a Diffractor project that much clearer.

I'm only in for a "regular" deck because I've been wanting to own a piece of this technology for years now. I would love to be able to afford the gold/purple versions but I just cannot justify it, despite the fact that they are much better looking.

I understand that of course...we all have different and varying amounts of disposable income. God knows - this business, paying the factories set up costs and design work and the patent costs etc totally broke me financially...that's the truth. I am just getting myself back on my feet again and of course this kickstarter will help a lot. I know what we make is expensive for people (as far as playing cards go), but they really are like nothing else out there. Hope you really enjoy receiving your deck! Let me know what you think when you do.
