Texas. A new playing card deck. Coming to Kickstart Saturday August 8th @12pm Central

Come on Sprouts, you gotta speak in complete thoughts so I can know what you're talking about.sprouts1115 wrote:Jackson - You do have it correct with the First Texas flag on the BackOfCard.
We need to complete the queen's crown. She looks beheaded. I'm for equal payNo court borders. Very bold...
I like the golden star on the bottom, but maybe it should be right side up. Another option is to make it a modern Texas star.
and make it Small so nobody will notice it.
I also like the extra long rank in the index. Have you thought of a extra long skinny club. I Know you like skinny clubs. It might look better if the two elements in the indices were elongated... Good for peeking in Texas Hold'em...

As Forest said: "Crazy is as crazy does"...sprouts1115 wrote:walrus - Naw, that was some weird 60 card deck with 4 extra Jokers. Each joker had it's own suit. Jokers have been around for 150 years. Instead of 13 cards in a suit, it had 15 cards in a suit with two extra court cards. All 5 courts were used to make a royal flush. The pip cards Ace and Ten were not used in the royal flush. Crazy huh?

Jackson, I like this one a lot! Nice job, and definitely outside the norm. I haven't read back, and was out of town for ten days so I missed a good bit of the recent discussion. We're going for a 'first', eh?
Excellent!

I wanted the project I unveil the "never done before" thing on to be big so I decided to pull it from this project.

Nope. I'm saving that little development for a different project, that is a little closer to the heart. However I have finally found a printer that is traditionally intaglio engraving my Tax stamp for this project. I won't claim that its a firstMike Ratledge wrote:As Forest said: "Crazy is as crazy does"...sprouts1115 wrote:walrus - Naw, that was some weird 60 card deck with 4 extra Jokers.
