A New Magical Journey Begins

A new chapter is about to unfold in our ever-growing fantasy world of playing cards. After the success of The Elves Deck and The Secret of the Sea, we are thrilled to reveal that our next adventure is finally ready to be unveiled—and this time, it’s all about Magick,... and Witches!

Imagine two completely new decks, each one a gateway to a realm where light and darkness battle for balance. One deck celebrates the ancient craft of Wizards, those who weave spells bound to the elements—Water, Fire, Earth, and Air. The other honors a secret society of powerful Witches, all-female and fiercely independent, casting spells from the shadows and the stars.

Every single card is hand-drawn, filled with details, lore, and creatures from a fantastical world we’ve been building for years.
Think familiars, ancient monsters, elemental power... and a touch of mystery in every court card.

These decks are the final pieces of a trilogy—a love letter to fantasy, storytelling, and the art of fine playing cards. Crafted with hot foils, premium papers, gilded edges, and luxurious tuck boxes, made in collaboration with Boschiero & Newton and KingStar—true treasures for collectors who crave something beyond ordinary.

Hello Everyone, we will make two separate posts and we are so proud to finally show the cards we designed in this last year, it was a lot of work and doing so on two decks at the same time, was not something we anticipated.

Starting with Witches (photos taken in bright sun in the middle of the day, real colors are a bit darker than this), also, these are not professional photos, just something we took with our reflex as the prototypes arrived yesterday! Another post will follow with the cards of Magick.

In a couple of hours we will post the Magick deck too, that has a very different artwork.
Also that deck will be standard as opposed to this one that is an all female deck

I like the art style very much! For the animals on the Aces, am I correct in thinking they correspond to Earth, Air, Fire, and Water?

Thanks for the feedback to both of you , we are happy to hear and yes, you are correct, both decks are linked to the elements and magical things. There is a loooot of lore that we wrote during the year, prepare for an interesting story on the KS project!

And now onto Magick, which was a very detailed and refined work of drawing and hand coloring, cards are very beautiful once in your hands, and the prototypes are also without any foil...

Thanks felicityk, and yes we wanted to give a mystery look to the cards.
I forgot to mention that the cards will have gold foil on them, so everything will be shining.

Then, this week we should be able to show the tuck boxes as we patiently waited for Boschiero to manufacture them.
Once we got them, we will take some photos ouselves and then the professional shootings will happen before we launch the Kickstarter.

We want everything to be as professional as possible and there'll be some more surprises...

I'm very rarely a fan of black bordered cards as they quickly look awful if any part of them has the slightest sign of wear. I also don't know how I feel about the tuck color choices or font. Magick is very hard to read, for example. I'm looking forward to seeing more pics when the campaign is live to get a better idea of how I feel since this image is merely a teaser.

Despite my criticisms, the artwork on the cards is phenomenal. I didn't see any credit given to the artist of Secrets of the Sea, so hopefully there will be credit given to the artist behind these decks. Wishing you nothing but success.

Thanks so much for your very kind words kevork and be sure to know that there will be a special version, which has white borders and should please you. It is a kickstarter exclusive that we have not shown yet. Chambertin cards received our package and will be taking professional photos shortly.

Yes, all cards will have gold foil, but the coloured version just on the frames while Magick Grimoire edition will have gold foil on all the details of the courts

We noticed in the backers, some people from the forum and it was nice to see that who took part to the campaign, went all in. Honestly, I was in for a few decks but backed out for 2 main reasons:

Price: Between the deck pricing and shipping it came out to a bit much for me. There are other projects I'm backing too and have to keep my budget in mind.
Delivery: This was the biggest factor. October 2026. I'm not going to pretend to know what goes into producing these decks, but at this price with this delay, I feel like I can just wait to see if they ship to retail and pick up copies then.

I really do love the decks, but because of those reasons, I'm out.

Id wait at least a day, Kingstar just plugged your campaign.

Im not sure that just doing 1 deck is going to fix much since thats going to half your support as well.

Plus Im only in for the higher end decks so just trying to literally focus on a smaller deck set Im almost certainly out.
