59 second promo video, 0 shots of the faces of the cards.
I wonder about some of these companies, are you selling me cards or cardboard boxes?

Re: Chess Playing Cards by Hidden Light
Hi, I filmed the video. Since there was too much content, I split the tuck/boxes and the cards into two separate videos. Because Kickstarter only allows one main video, I uploaded the one featuring the gift box and tuck box. For the cards themselves, there are plenty of photos available to view, and we can also update with a dedicated card showcase video.
I'm quite new to video editing, so I really appreciate you pointing this out – it helped me realize the issue.

Re: Chess Playing Cards by Hidden Light
I would definitely add the second video. With cards that are listed as holo or in some way play with the light what I’m looking for in a video is how the view of them changed when the light angle changes.
Or for a foiled deck how much the foil pops.
You did a good job of showing that it does change in the static picture but the angle shows the texture of the stock and makes it look like it might be to the detriment of the art, so being able to see that transition would be great.
Also I would suggest having a native English speaker or two proofread the post. You can post the preview here and I’ll be happy to do it as would others. It’s not terrible but there are some odd choices like “holo breathing” to describe the metallic effect.

The art style or teenage girl character does nothing for me. If a promo for them picturing her arrived in my mail box, I would assume it was for my 8yo granddaughter.

Contemplating between directly get the Collector’s Edition or just the Standard Edition
I am surprised that: comparing the Standard White with the Collector's White, the look of the tuck box and the back design are different; while comparing Standard Black and Collector's Black, they are all the same throughout, with the latter being holo foiled and gilded.
Hoping this will be first and last of Hidden Light decks I've ever owned - not planning to add more Chinese brands to the collection
