Right, I was feeling grumpy this morning (I went to the dentist 10 days ago just for a check up - they pulled a tooth and my whole mouth has hurt ever since!) and I understand that New & Custom Decks is going to mostly be about current offerings, it just felt like your post was trying to shut me down.
Where would you like me to put such a question bdawg? It is a custom deck that already had a thread in the forum. I was actually seeking an update - on how they turned out/feel. We really don't want several threads about the same deck do we? Apart from anything else, an existing thread generally saves one from repeating info about the deck. A bit of nostalgia isn't a bad thing is it? I don't think enough of us pull out our old decks and enjoy them
I am a collector who is NEVER going to just buy new stuff (as if all the best decks have been made recently) so at the risk of being 'weird' - I am going to keep asking questions to tap into the wealth of knowledge held by posters on this forum

Just to be clear, my comment was in response to the known troll on the forum who then deleted their comment (probably to make me look foolish). No issue at all with the other comments on this thread.

Dang I thought I was the troll in this case
Honeybee I didn't mean to offend. Again, you're welcome to bump old posts (even though I disagree because it just clouds the subforim with old 2015 posts) but if you're really asking, I would've just made one post in the general forum and listed all my questions in one place about all these old releases. That's just me. But again, it was just an observation. Doesn't appear to be against the rules, just kinda bad form in my opinion to bump a bunch of old threads in the new and custom decks subforum. I understand it's not a big deal if you bumped a few old posts, but imagine if everyone did it, the entire new and custom decks subforum would be filled with 2015 topics and it'd be hard to find actual new decks that are currently funding or recently funded or whatever. Just my 2¢ which reasonable people can disagree with.
Looking to buy (DM me if selling please!):
-Limbo v1 decks: Escape, Ennui, Cage
-2018 NPCCD: Green Pawn & Missing Island Prototypes

Very curious now what the "troll" comment was. I don't think anyone needs to make you look foolish. What is that trendy saying... don't attribute malice to something that can be explained as incompetence...the world isn't out to get you Stag. Happy Holidays to you and yours.
I have been saying on another thread that we need 'Edited posts' to say that is what they are.
Maybe for clarity we also need a marker left when posts have been deleted
I know many forums have both these features

I don't think you did mean to offend but can't you see that you are?

Interesting, now I think I see why people even quote the post directly above them - if the post is removed then their post still makes sense

Frankly what I love most about this deck involves the Signature editon because it includes a hand drawn joker in each version. Depending on whether it is Masked or Revealed, you get a joker with their eyes closed or open.
Does anyone happen to have pictures of the Venexiana Dark Signature decks by chance (1/60)? Can’t seem to find any pictures online, but not overly surprising I suppose, given the small print run

I recall revising the P52 listings that had them at 120 each after I was reading up on the original KS. No gold/platinum has the same numbering as they're both out of the sum 120.

Thanks Kevork! Do you happen to know if the cards ate any different than the standard versions?
They're the same, aside from the hand-drawn jokers
Damn, those are well now were my White Whales . But if the only difference is just a Tuck and Joker (+ limited availability) then I am not much interested ,not very fond of the feel of these cards. Have you opened Bicycle Venexianas? I guess I will be adding them instead

Thanks boss! Hard to comprehend how they are so expensive on the secondary then..
I tried to do the math:
Incredible artist + hand-drawn art + rarity + demand + 11 years old = $$$
There's only 2 documented sales of the pair on eBay. One August 2017 for $350 and one in October 2022 for $898 (the one I bought on auction). 8 other sales have been recorded on eBay for only one of the two decks. As luck would have it, there's a pair on eBay currently. I imagine the seller will slowly reduce the price over time until someone grabs it.
Wow thanks for the info kevork! Out of curiosity, how do you look at ebay sale history over 6 months (I thought they capped how far you can look back). Cheers

I have access to a friend's Worthpoint account. It doesn't note if a sale was a best offer, an auction, or a buy it now however.
I finally got a pair of Venexiana Darks (I have been patiently waiting for a fair price)
I just had to have them for the stories the Masked and Revealed courts tell
As for the card feel I was not expecting too much as I had read a review suggesting it was bad
Thus I was pleasantly surprised that the stock is OK - not as thick as I was expecting = 0.281mm which was also stated in the review but now that I have a micrometer, I now realize that that is thinner than Rider Backs (0.297)
I think David, in his review was mostly disappointed in there being no air cushion
10 years ago the KS price was $25us the pair so be patient and wait for $60 the pair (thanks for the advice kevork)
They're not for playing with (no borders would lead to edge marks) but are a must for all art deck collectors
I wish Lotrek would go back to designing like this instead of being obsessed with printing experiments
(Apologies to bdawg for the bump but where else am I going to post this?)
