These were estimated for end of December. Not a big deal they're delayed, but I was wondering if anyone had already asked Alex about the status of these and when shipping is expected?

Considering he's not responding on Kickstarter or on here, I have to say I am getting a bit concerned.

I am currently waiting for contact from Portfolio52 about various things. It has been hard knowing when and what to communicate to everyone. I am afraid I cannot make any comment on Backerkit and the campaign platform, as that is being handled by Portfolio52. I don't know how much I can share, or much of anything really, but as you may be aware, Portfolio52 are dealing with some private issues and so I can only ask we try to remain patient until we hear more.

Alex is the first person I met in person when I started collecting. I met him when I first arrived at the 2019 52 plus Joker convention in Charlotte. I ran into him in the lobby area as I was checking in. He obviously did not know me and I did not know him but he was incredibly friendly to me and introduced himself. His kindness is something I will always appreciate. I also hope everything is okay or they are at least getting better for him.

I have been trained patience at the knee of Lotrek. Pfft! Alex is an armature. I didn't get a Limbo deck myself. It just didn't appeal to me at all. A first for me with Alex, but there you are.

Would be a shame if we lose another reliable creator due to unknown issues like Vanda. Fingers crossed that the troubles will pass by like a bad weather front.

Maybe I'm a bit naïve, but I would expect Alex to refund the money if he is unable to fulfill the orders. Maybe this is me trying to cope with having bought two NPCCD sets and waiting in limbo for them as they're already overdue.

and now that I think about it, maybe this is all a social experiment of how people will react when kept in limbo *dun dun dun*

I hope all is well with him and wish him the best. Thanks Jack for being so communicative with everyone in the meantime.

I have zero doubts that Alex will come through. I'm sorry to hear that he's currently not having the best of times; here's to hoping that he and those close to him weather this storm and enjoy sunnier skies ahead.

Hopefully he won't be paying too much out of pocket since the price of everything has risen recently. I hope he's well enough to keep producing! I love Alex.

the tucks do look nice but the cards looking like they were cut halfway off of center is not good. yall complain about uspcc registration but this is about as bad as registration can be off... on purpose. not for me.

Great pictures @hsbc. While I like the overall design, I've come to expect more from Seasons/Alex. The tuck is lackluster and makes me wonder what took them so long to fulfill, when there is besides the idea/design nothing special at all to them.

I don’t think as a “quiet period release” it was supposed to have the same level of work - not the same type in any case, and I think it captures the intended feeling well.

I can imagine needing a lot of poking at a design like this, and I don’t know how up to poking he’s been…. not that I have any idea as to the actual reason for delay at this point beyond my best guess

It’s a gasp of emotion from an artist - of that I’m quite sure
