Bag of Bones

Unread post by Artiphany »

Still working on some lore for my upcoming deck, Bag of Bones. I have some new art I'm ready to show for the king, but I'm not sure what to name him. I have narrowed the choices down to the following:

Pluto
Charon
Ozymandias undead
Lord Beyond

If you have any ideas for names, please share below. Thank you!

I read this and the song I was listening to said blurry at the same time. Now that's spooky.

A higher quality photo of the tuck would be great.

I'm considering 3 different colors for the boxes. And gold foil letters on the cover.

Just wondering - is gold foil right for bones?

I guess you're thinking that silver perhaps is more in keeping with the theme: moonlight, cold, cold grey bones and pale shades of ectoplasm.....You have a point. However, gold is gold and the allure is undeniable, especially set against the black background. There are some silvery elements within the deck with the accents of silver metallic ink.

The gold foil really adds to the tuck box. However, I do understand HoneyBee's idea of using silver foil instead, as it matches thematically.

Why not a gold and silver foild edition? Something similar to what Riffle Shuffle did their 666 Playing Cards.

Everyone's comments are helpful to my project. This forum puts me in touch with a group that has a much bigger view of the card community than I do so it's all to the good.
That would be an easy thing to do and people always like to a choice.
