Holding on to an EB right now, but I don't know. I love Randy, but I already have standard style decks up to my eyeballs.

I'm in, of course I am. I look at these and smile. It's hard for me not to enjoy them. First reason being I love Mr. Butterfield's designs. He always designs a deck with the user in mind. The pips and indices are always at a glance readable and the themes are easy for anyone to understand.

I love these three, particularly the Wicked Leprechaun and it's not even my favorite of the bunch! (For years I've been a red deck abuser and it's really only been the last couple years I've tried to work more blue in.) My favorite here would be the Lucky 7's! I mean look at that! Fantastic!

In for a half a brick, will I end up with more? Most likely.. . Yes, damn it.
(Thankfully there's no set of full bleed decks here as well. This month is already turning out to be fairly expensive.)

I just re-read the campaign. There's 6 more decks coming in this SLOTS Series!
Move on, nothing to see here.

After all thes JN inspired casino decks there are finally these decks that are similar to the modern casino decks which are used on the tables today.
Well made, i'm in for a half brick. Especially the prices make this project very attractive, thanks Randy.

Now that's the kick in the butt that Casino style deck needs designwise. JN style and Cherry was nice for awhile, but there's not been anything really new since then. It's all been color swaps. Hope this catches on and we see more designs like this.

I agree with you, 100%. Lucky for us, Thedoc and Mr. Butterfield are planning to bring many to market. This should inspire the more from other folks as well. :)

Nicely designed decks to gamble with. I wish the Aces and jokers would be different per deck though.

The jokers are different per deck. Aside from the color change, it looks like they feature the theme of the deck on their reels and body above the coin dispenser. I agree on the Aces though, a tutu with some casino theme on it would be sharp. Honestly, I'm alright with them as is. I like that the aces are nicely done and don't overpower the clear draw of these decks which is the themed card backs.

(I gotta shaddup about these decks but I really like the things.)

Marginally different. You could say the Aces are different too, since they sport the according colour... πŸ€·πŸΏβ€β™€οΈ. I don't have a problem with that, it just lowers the incentive fir me to get different decks. As is, I would only get the Liberty Bell deck or will wait for the second wave to see how the other Slots look and then get only my favorite deck.

Shame there was no blue one. Of all four old school colours they picked exactly my three least favorite ones πŸ˜ƒ.

I think there will be a blue one in the future, because these are only the first 3 decks out of 9 planned. ;)

From the campaign page:
Our overall goal is to create 9 different SLOT Series Decks (broken down between 3 projects). When displayed side-by-side, each Tuck will have its hero Slot symbol highlighted in Gold FOIL and will descend in order from top to bottom.

I was the opposite, I recently bought them to display the Aces. It was pretty much the sole reason I bought them - I just thought they would look good in triplicate

The KS page for these cards say
The Face Cards for each Deck will feature a Metallic GOLD ink and 3 PANTONE colors.
I don't see the 3 colors (look at hsbc's pics above). For Liberty Bell, I see Gold with black, white and grey - is that the 3 colors

Lel, white is obviously no colour.
I'd say the Pantone (which by the way is such a buzz term that every collector should give two shits about and we should give creators a hard time if they use it as a marketing statement) colours are either the green, grey and red or the black, gold and the variant specific third colour and in both cases it's bad wording in the campaign page.
