Why is shipping so expensive? $25 to ship 1 deck to Canada! And why is FedEx the only shipping option? Why not USPS?

Sorry I missed this! It was the one thing I was really looking forward to on the line up I glanced at in that other thread. I didn't get to catch it though because, reasons. Maybe you'll post it somewhere at some point and maybe not. I dig the deck I'll pick me up a copy or two.

Victor - I am not 100% sure on shipping, I am just involved in the deck production, I don't make any of those shipping decisions. I will check into it. I know that international postal shipments have been tremendously delayed these past few months, so it may be in response to that.

Fes - The convention organizers will be posting all content at some point, but it will probably be after the convention is over. The key video is the main demo, which is currently viewable on the product page on the Penguin site.

OK - the lack of international shipping options is a known glitch and a fix is being worked on.

FedEx will by far be the fastest option for our Canadian & other international friends.

If you'd prefer the FedEx FIMS service (part FedEx, part postal) that should be closer to $15 for shipping, but be prepared for delivery to take several weeks.

Just include a note in your order comments that you want FIMS and our team will refund the difference. Otherwise, you can email support@penguinmagic.com with your order number and they'll take care of you.
