Good news!

Today is a cut off day! Custom decks approved by this date should be printed within days/weeks.

After a long approval process, I finally hit the print button! Everything is sorted out, and we are now waiting.

Cartamundi confirmed that our decks should be finished by March 30. Most likely, backers will start receiving decks in April.

Due to the delays caused by Cartamundi, do they offer any kind of discount to creators? It seems like a several-month production delay would warrant some kind of compensation. Or, do they have wide margin of error, much like USPCC's registration guidelines? It just seems to me like the satisfaction guarantee should apply to the production timeline as well as the print quality.

In any case, thanks to Alex for the updates on Kickstarter and on Instagram and UC. They look truly fabulous

There is no compensation! It's just a business-as-usual. We are lucky to receive our decks without a significant delay! It's two months delay vs. my expectations and one month delay vs. KS deadline.
Check the Butterfly Playing Cards... seven months already. Cartamundi started working on 2019 custom decks in January!!! And then 12/Feb was a cut off day. Every month they have such a day. If your artwork is approved AND you paid for production, your deck will be printed within a month or so.
